Lovely views over the orchards, comfortable beds, amazing breakfast!
Pros:

Lovely views, comfortable beds and the continental brekky was the best we have had anywhere!

Cons:

The late afternoon sun made the room very hot.
We also had trouble finding the B and B in the first place, but now realise Fobbie sent us an email about how to find it! So that is on us.

Exceptional stay in a peaceful farm setting
Pros:

Fobbie was an incredible host! We arrived in Upper Hutt earlier than expected and she kindly allowed us to check in early. We were greeted by her two friendly dogs - a highlight for us as dog lovers! Fobbie welcomed us warmly, showed us around, and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

The room was cosy with a beautiful view overlooking the farm, and the bed was super comfy. We loved having our own private space and balcony, separate from the main house - it felt peaceful and private. Just a 10-minute drive from the town centre, yet it felt wonderfully rural and tranquil. Even with the rain, the atmosphere was magical and relaxing.

We woke to the sound of native birds and enjoyed a delicious continental breakfast that far exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend this stay - Fobbie’s hospitality and the serene farm setting made it an unforgettable experience.

Pros:

Pros:

Lovely hospitality Fobbie certainly went out of her way, to make us feel welcome. Breakfast was yum, I am not not much of a breakfast eater but needed to for the cycling we were doing. Fobbie went out of way to get some gf cereal for me as I am coeliac.
Comfy beds and lovely wintry view out of the window. Would recommend. 👌
