The owner is not good, he did not help at all
The staffs were cooperative and addressing to the issues as requested, on timely manner. They even helped out in arranging outside foods and beverages in the late hours. Thanks!
The location of the hotel is pretty much isolated from the bustling area of the town, since there was no fooding option available in the hotel, one needs to go to the lengths to find out suitable options, or rely on online deliveries.
Bed Quality
La habitación estaba muy muy bien, limpia, amplia, tranquila y bonita. Tiene un precioso jardín. Es un barrio tranquilo, la comida está muy buena y es muy barata.

No electricity was there and was getting hot
The property is beautiful, especially the scenic hilly range.
Power backup (inverter battery quantity) should be more considering the amount of load shedding happens in the area
Very helpful staff. They supported us with Tuktuks, laundry and our safari. The hotel also has a lovely garden.
The room looked nice.. Nice staff who also cook, near the park ranthanbore, the staff organized our day out to the park.. also helped us with Tuk Tuk.. it was nice location with monkeys wild boar, Cattle passing by.. there where some shops near by, the surrounding area was not at all touristy which was an experience
It was very noisy with the neighbors using metal stairs, made a lot of noise when people went up and down.. sounded like there was construction work going on.. so we did not have the best sleep, fix the stairs and it would be great
The hotel is almost on the border of the city and national park, and i had a back room with a window towards the mountains, so better air and view. It also had a common balcony and good food. The manager 'lucky' was very helpful with the safaris and other things and spoke enough English.
Very bad no facility only bed and one balti
The man who runs it was incredibly helpful and couldn’t have asked for better service. Very good value and able to book safari tickets last minute from the front desk.
- The staff was kind
- if felt like we were not expected there at all,
- staff was kind but not helpful (they didn't understand that we might not know things, we had to ask several times, they would walk away, talk on a phone, then someone else would come and same story),
- we had to change the room as we had a hornet's nest in the toilet and one dead hornet on the floor.
- the room that we changed for was not ready for guests, and was super dusty (I got an allergy reaction), I asked to change the sheets as they had some stains on them
- our bathroom was somehow connected with the upstairs bathroom, and we heard everything was going on in that room, plus pipes every time they were using water (It was the staff room, and it was super noisy)
- The new room was on the ground floor and we had lots of bugs coming into the room,
- Internet working only at the reception
- really bad location, far away from everything, in the middle of the non-touristy area, we really didn't feel safe there
- we had one meal there and it wasn't good
Everything was fine. We had a nice and clean room. The Staff is really friendly and the food that we ordered was delicious and good prices. You can book taxi and Tuk Tuk or tours directly.
