Tolles Hotel mit tollem Personal und aussergewöhnliche Lage
Pros:

Ruhig gelegen,aussergewöhnliche Lage mit toller Aussicht.Freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Leider hat es kein Lift und man muss die Koffer der Treppe mit viel Kraft hochtragen.Man könnte,da die Treppe sehr breit ist einen Teil mit einer Rampe versehen.Somit wäre es grad für ältere Personen bequemer.Im Frühstücksraum grad an kalten Tagen ist es zu kalt.Man muss sich sehr warm anziehen.Beim warmen Büffet könnte man oberhalb Wärmelampen instalieren,denn es ist mühsam immer die Deckel wegzuschieben um ans Essen zu kommen.

l'emplacement de l'hôtel permet de visiter une bonne partie de l'île rapidement
Pros:

L'emplacement est top, le petit déjeuner est copieux le personnel agréable.

Cons:

Pas d'eau chaude en rentrant d'une journée rando sous la pluie ça fait moyennement plaisir..
Les chambres sont peu isolées malheureusement.

Pros:

Très bien situé au coeur de la zone montagneuse de Encumeada. chambre spacieuse et lit très confortable. Un balcon avec une vue sur la nature, petit déjeuner copieux. C'est notre hôtel coup de coeur 💓. Nous reviendrons 🤗

Perfect location, helpful staff and breathtaking views
Pros:

When we first arrived we were amazed at the location and setting of this beautiful property, shortly after we received a warm welcome from Tony who was polite, friendly, attentive and extremely helpful with us. Despite us arriving very late in the night he received us in high spirits, with a good sense of humour and completely catered for our needs in renting a car for the morning. In the morning we awoken early and spoke with another extremely friendly and helpful receptionist - Alexandra, who made us completely feel at home. We shortly after met with Tony to complete the arrangement of the rental car which was handled so well by Tony it was almost effortless for us. We then went for breakfast which I would describe as basic but completely perfect to set you up for the day with a good choice of English and continental options, the rooms are ideal, roomy and clean. The balcony was the real seller with breathtaking views. Good heating control, the nights were chilly when we were there but the rooms remained cosy and warm. The communal areas are well stocked, relaxing and nicely decorated. I loved my stay here and can’t wait to stay again.

Cons:

Nothing really. Coffee could be better in the morning. But it’s a small moan, not a major issue. As the hot drink selection is completely agreeable good.
We also asked for a tooth brush and tooth paste and were prepared to pay for this. I think with the local
Shops being some distance there could be an option to at least buy these as they sold other food products etc. but again, it’s a small issue as it’s our fault we didn’t pack these.
