Pros:

Très bon Petit déjeuner, bon dîner, très bel emplacement au milieu des montagnes ,chambre spacieuse bien équipée.

Immersi nella natura
Pros:

Posto splendido, immerso nella natura e con una vista davvero stupenda. La tranquillità del luogo è impagabile e, alla sera, abbiamo avuto la fortuna di godere di un cielo stellato fantastico.

Ci avevano avvisato che quella sera ci sarebbe stata una festa, ma dalla nostra posizione non abbiamo sentito praticamente nulla ed è stata una serata davvero tranquilla.

La colazione è abbastanza fornita, anche se abbiamo trovato un po’ carente la parte dolce.

Nelle vicinanze c’è Taberna da Poncha, che consiglio per assaggiare una poncha davvero buona in un locale tipico.

Nel complesso, un soggiorno molto piacevole in un posto davvero speciale.

Great place for a stopover.
Pros:

It was a great location and a great hotel in the middle of Madeira. We personally had no problems with paying less than $80 for a nice place that served a great breakfast. We hiked PR22 before we checked in and PR 17 in the late afternoon which is close to the hotel when there was parking available. The next morning we drove to PR 16 and were there early enough to get a good parking spot.

Cons:

There’s no pool or airconditioning but we knew that beforehand. We left the window open and had great night sleep.

Tres agréable sejour dans un cadre de rêve
Pros:

Nous.avons été surclassé et avons eu une très grande chambre.
Vue exceptionnel, environnement de rêve. Proche depart de randos. Personnel bar et restaurant sympathique. Nous reviendrons

Comfortable stay with dreamy views!

Very good location and amazing staff.

It could do with a renovation or slight upgrade but the prices would undoubtedly increase with it.

A vista é incrível e o som do riacho ao lado do hotel. O pequeno almoço é aceitável.

Cons:

O quarto não tem ar condicionado. Estava muito calor no quarto quando chegamos abrimos a janela para arrefecer um pouco. Penso que era impossível dormir sem janela aberta.
Ao chegar tinhamos alguns bichinhos no quarto. Uma minhoca no ralo do chuveiro, borboleta, ou bruxa como se diz na minha zona, no espelho da casa de banho, saltitão na cama e no teto.

Queria agradecer a todo o staff por nos ter proporcionado a melhor estadia de sempre, pelo cuidado que tiveram com o meu namorado que fazia aniversário, muito obrigado por tudo, é um hotel fantástico com uma vista maravilhosa.

Boa relação custo benefício
Pros:

Devido alteração no voo permitiram que fizesse o check out mais tarde, o que nos ajudou bastante.

Cons:

A casa de banho precisa de reabilitação, as loiças estão velhas e junto dos rejuntes e cerâmicos têm manchas pretas e algum fungo, deveriam ser melhorados.
O café da manhã tem poucas opções de comida.

le petit déjeuné était parfait (surtout les gauffres) ! Dans l'ensemble c'est une très bonne réservation
