excellent diner;
personnel très aimable;
petit déjeuner très décevant, à la limite honteux pour un établissement étoilé; totalement incompréhensible;
arrivé 30 minutes avant l'heure de fin, il n'y avait quasiment plus rien;
totalement sur réaliste.
The views were stunning. Very friendly helpful service. Dinner was delicious. The most comfy of beds.

We booked this hotel as a bit of a luxury after a long road trip and we were not disappointed! The staff are extremely welcoming and happy to help with anything. We got upgraded and the room was incredible - they provided robes and slippers which is always a bonus. We went on a Sunday so didn’t get to try the full gastronomic menu, but the Sunday night menu was still amazing. We also did a wine tasting of the wines made on site - their Malbec is delicious and we bought a couple of bottles to take with us. We were only staying one night but wished we had stayed longer!
It's hard to think of something that we didn't like. If anything, the bathroom had been renovated to add a shower head, and so it leaked a little. Nothing dramatic though!
Dinner was a highlight. Loved the rooftop terrace.
The venue, staff, location and food were amazing
Fairy-tale building in a wonderful location.
This property is trading on its location and the exterior appearance of the building, and perhaps on its Michelin restaurant. We might have tried the restaurant if it had an a la carte menu.
Our room was okay, it had a faded glamour but poor facilities. The carpet had seen better days and the shower arrangement was unusable without flooding the bathroom. Not good enough for the price.
Our room was not properly cleaned after the first night, the bed had just been turned over, cups and glasses were still dirty, and they were not particularly gracious about remedying the situation.
On checkout I was asked three times whether we had had breakfast, almost as if they couldn’t believe we wouldn’t and thought we were trying to get away with something.
As expected this is a high quality establishment in a historic building and a beautiful setting. Pluses were the staff, the onsite bistro and the (free) tour of the wine cellar and a tasting. Our room was very comfortable apart from access to the shower.
Access to the over bath shower was awkward and would be better served by the addition of suitable hand rails. In addition the placement of the shower head could be improved to reduce spraying outside the enclosure.
The absence of in-room coffee facilities.
