Convenient loxation, very nice stay
Pros:

Great location, convenient, allowed luggage storage, clean, perfect for our family.

Cons:

The hotel name is not updated in Google Maps, and there is another Rakutan Stay Urban hotel with almost the exact same name. We originally went to the wrong location and had to take a 2nd taxi with all of our luggage which was frustrating.

Had a blast in the hotel with my friends!
Pros:

I found the room to be spacious enough for the 2 of us. Overall, the space of the room was the highlight. My friends and I also find the room to be very clean and enjoyed our stay in Kyoto. There were also a few stores eg Family Mart, 100 yen shop and a ramen place near us, making the stay even more convenient! Within a 5 minute walking distance, we are able to reach the main shopping / food streets as well.

Good location, poor cleanliness
Pros:

The location is great, 5 min walk from the subway with lots of shops and restaurants.

Cons:

Cleanliness was very off. Our room had a funny smell and it gave me lots of allergies every time I entered. The carpet looked dirty. The pillows are very uncomfortable as well as the mattress.

Pros:

Posizione ottima. Camere pulitissime. Personale piacevole e accogliente, hanno anche il servizio dell’invio dei bagagli (noi li abbiamo spediti a Osaka). Camera ampia. Doccia bellissima

Pros:

Gute Lage, mit Bus gut zu erreichen. Super Dusche. Sehr freundliches Personal, free coffee, water and tea. Mikrowelle im Lobbybereich vorhanden.

Cons:

Zimmer hätte etwas größer sein können. War aber so angegeben.
