Pros:

Full body shower is great! The location is excellent as well.

Cons:

The room is not so new, but ok and it was clean.
There is no breakfast.

駅にもバス停にも繁華街にも観光地にも近くてとても便利でした。スタッフもとても親切でプロフェッショナルでした。

Cons:

アドレスをiPhoneのナビが見つけられなくて歩き回り、結局タクシーに乗りましたが運転手さんも一度通り過ぎてしまいました。

ベッドが大きくて良かったです。

チェックインの際、誰もフロントにおらず、呼び鈴で呼んだところ、他の方の領収書か何かの対応中で｢少々お待ち下さい｣と言われた後、２、3分程そのまま待たされ、お待たせしましたとかの言葉もなく、ご予約のお客様のお名前を…と言われた。事前にクレジットで決済済みでしたが、宿泊税で400円かかり、1000円で支払ったら、無言でお釣りを渡されました。笑顔ひとつない方でせっかく大好きな京都なのに残念な気持ちになりました。

Cons:

Breakfast… do not make reservations with breakfast… same box in 1 mn supermarket with 30% of the price…. No place to eat breakfast
