Food overall was excellent, the chef is a great asset to the hotel. Nothing

Lovely country feel and great value for money
Nothing really
The food was good and the fact that there was a fire when it was freezing
The pool was not clean even thought we asked if the pool was cleaned
The bed was comfortable, with lovely pillows.
It was great waking up (and going to sleep) with farm animal sounds.
The shower was nice and hot, although open, so once the water is turned off, the cold air cuts through you!
It must be a great spot in summer!
It was freezing (to be fair). The Stables' doors don't seal - they are old stable doors after all - so the cold wind came howling in.
No aircon or electric blanket to take off the edge.
Coffee / tea station was communal and outdoors, so getting something warm in the very cold weather was awful!

Warm, friendly, great food, comfortable rooms.
Beautiful place with amazing staff.. loved everything about it
Good value for money for a room and breakfast for a night or two. If we were visiting for a relaxing stay where we spend more time at the venue we would be more inclined to look at a garden suite. We visited for a wedding and just needed a comfortable bed and breakfast. This was a great option. Heated blankets were well appreciated.
Tea and coffee station was communal and outside of the rooms. It wasn't ideal in Winter but not a deal breaker.
Our stay was lovely. Rooms were clean. Food was delicious. Staff were exceptionally friendly. Would definitely go back.
Peaceful
Cobwebs on lamp shade and roof.
Heated blanket
No tv....no microwave...still had to top up money on leaving , was confused
Beautiful view

Peaceful and lovely staff
My son and his girlfriend stayed at the hotel. He said the place was beautiful, the food was delicious, the staff were friendly and the service was impeccable.
From arrival the staff were helpful and polite. We loved our stable room, it was perfect for our overnight stay and we would have loved to stay longer. The bed was comfortable and the linen was amazing and the electric blanket kept us so warm. The bathroom was so spacious and it was nice to be able to keep our bags in there and not clutter our bedroom. Loved the coffee station outside. Our dinner and breakfast were delicious and we enjoyed listening to the live music on Friday night and the lovely warm fire. We will recommend Hebron Haven to our family and friends and would to visit again.
Very quaint and charming.
Peaceful and calming.
Everyone was very friendly and accommodating.
Stables were beautifully decorated, cozy and close to the farm animals. Loved it. Great meals and will definitely be back soon
