Wonderful, relaxing, comfortable and hugely enjoyable - total satisfaction for a stunning stay!
Pros:

The location was very easily accessible off the main road.
Hotel is a beautiful country setting like stepping into comfortable modernised olde world charm tastefully decorated with beautiful cottagey antique furnishings. Staff are most welcoming and attentive and happily meet your every need, meals were lovely - tasty country cooking and drinks were affordable. The accommodation was so comfortable and reasonably priced, the grounds/gardens are stunning! We will definitely be returning for Friday fish & chips night out with live music and a scrumptious Sunday lunch roast.

Cons:

I could not fault any service we received - the Duty Manager at check in was amazing and restaurant staff for dinner and breakfast a welcoming breath of fresh air!

Relaxing, central and good value for money, we love this place!
Pros:

Rooms clean and spacious, restaurant nice vibe with good food. Swimming pool and tennis court on site.

Cons:

Wifi is very slow in the stable rooms, but I do understand they cannot provide wifi specifically for every room.

Pros:

Our bed sheets were very stained, but the bed itself was extremely comfortable. I need those pillows in my life :)

Cons:

Breakfast was average, my eggs were undercooked (sunny side up) and my hubbies were overcooked (omelette), sausage was overcooked, bacon undercooked so not a great experience.

Misleading advertisement

The stables is misleading. I booked one and the smell was terrible..had to pay the difference and upgrade.

Pros:

A warm welcome upon arrival. Fairly quiet and peaceful. Lovely dinner and breakfast.

Cons:

There were steps down into the bathroom and walk- in closet. A prior warning might be welcomed by elderly guests.
