Quiet neighbourhood, polite team and great rooftop sunset view
Pros:

Had quite a comfortable stay here. I extended from one night to a week. The property is located in a quiet neighbourhood. The staff is young and polite, from the front office day& night to the housekeeping team. I loved their rooftop sunset view. Eateries and supermarket are all within walking distance.

Cons:

The air conditioning and fan were quite noisy. Additionally, the AC unit had a slight odor and needs cleaning.

Mein erster Besuch in Manila
Pros:

Die Mitarbeitenden waren alle stets sehr freundlich und bemüht, auch mit Tipps.

In diesem Teil von Makati (ist schon etwas außerhalb) herrscht ein quirliges, authentischen Leben: Man findet alles fußläufig (7 Eleven, großer Cash & Carry-Mall und viele einheimische kleine Essensstände/Restaurants, welche ich gerne bevorzuge.
Zudem kann man günstig zur LRT Bahnstation "Gil Puyat" fahren oder laufen (was ich gemacht habe ca. 20mi und dabei viel entdecken) und von da mit dieser Richtung Norden nach z.B. Intramuros fahren oder nach Süden und dann umsteigen zur MRT und damit kommt man sch ell und bequem durch Manila ohne den sonst oft üblichen Verkehrsstau.

Cons:

Die Waschbeckenfuge von Zimmer 203 war schwarz vom Schimmel und muss dringend erneuert werden.

We had a good stay, and the staff was excellent.
Pros:

It was clean and easily accessible.

Cons:

It didn’t have a refrigerator or microwave and the toilet seat and cover was missing.

I would not go again
Pros:

Finishes seemed fresh; not old feeling. Staff were friendly. Decent location.

Cons:

We had bugs (small cockroaches ?) on an ongoing basis. They said they would spray after the first day; I don't know if they did or not, but we had the same type of bugs the next couple days also until we left... they said it was probably because of the rain and they were coming up through the drains, but we stayed in another place and we did not have that. They said they only did the room refresh every three days, but we really only got one towel changed in the four days we stayed. I told them about the broken toilet seat, and instead of replacing it, they simply removed it and I had no seat for the last two days. AC unit was blowing directly on the bed, so we went from hot to cold to hot to cold to hot to cold all night. My girlfriend probably got her sickness from that.
