Luxury away from home
Pros:

Very central for all my needs. Reception staff very welcoming. Checking in a breeze. The bathroom has a bath and shower, the shower is in it's own cubicle. Cupboard and room comfortably spacious

Other than the issue of the hotel, we enjoyed ourselves.
Pros:

The rooms were clean, pleasant and comfortable. I would highly recommend Golden Horse Hotel to any person interested in a hotel and casino.

Cons:

I was expecting one restaurant to provide a buffet meal but unfortunately I was told that it is only provided during lunch time.

Overall, the stay was pleasant and rooms were of a good standard and very clean.
Pros:

The breakfast was pretty standard but okay. Scrambled eggs were provided every day. No option to have someone make your eggs Sunnyside up or fried.

There was no assistance provided for bags at check-in.

It was good, I will go there again and I will recommend hotel to my clients
Pros:

The hotel was beautiful, rooms clean and spacious and all you needed was there. Breakfast was great.

Cons:

We asked for a slightly later check out as we were going to say good bye to our friends who were also staying there and on their way back overseas, they said we just need to be out before 12h00. By 11H06 our key card did not work so we can access the room and get our luggage. The check in staff were efficient but not extremely friendly..
