Pros:

Wonderful location, cool pool, perfect for a few hours relax before sightseeing. All kinds of shops, restaurants, and bazaars nearby. Wonderful breakfast.

Cons:

AC works as it wishes, sometimes it was too cold in the room

Uit eindelijk weegt de locatie zwaar maar bij nog een keer mankenten zou ik niet meer naar deze hotel gaan.
Pros:

De locatie is perfect. Echt ideaal!

Cons:

Denk dat ze mooi innovatief techniek willen gebruiken zoals bij de deur, gordijnen automatisch e.d. maar het liet werkte niet altijd optimaal. Je hebt geen zin om maar telken iemand bij te roepen.

Rundum super Hotel als Ausgangslage für einen Citytip
Pros:

Wirklich super Lage, man ist quasi direkt bei allen Sehenswürdigkeiten in Fatih. Schick eingerichtetes Zimmer, bequemes Bett. Das Frühstück hat uns sehr gefallen. Eine sehr vielfältige Auswahl an Allerlei türkischen Lebensmitteln.

Cons:

Man sollte wissen, dass das Frühstück in einem benachbarten Hotel serviert wird. Das hat uns aber nicht gestört. Leider ging das Frühstück nur bis 10:30, was für uns als Langschläfer etwas kurz war;) außerdem wurde dort eine ziemlich stressige Stimmung vermittelt, weil das Personal sehr hektisch die Lebensmittel aufgefüllt hat.
Drumherum um das Hotel sind viele Restaurants und die Inhaber bedrängen einen teilweise sehr stark das Restaurant zu besuchen. Dafür kann das Hotel aber nichts.
Die Dusche ist eher weniger gut, da das Wasser sehr schlecht abfließt. Toilettenpapier gab es immer nur auf Nachfrage mehr.

Der Aufenthalt war super, sehr freundliche s Personal zuvorkommend. Unteranderem hilfsbereit kompetent. Personaldame Ajnura konnte alle Abschlüss Fragen vor Abreise beantworten. Zentrale Lage schöner Innenhof mit Schwimmbad. Absolut zu empfehlen.

Cons:

Böden im Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen.

Pros:

La ubicación es buena y las habitaciones son nuevas, la cama es muy confortable

Cons:

Es una estafa, ofrecen servicios que no tienen, tanto para desayunar como para ir a la piscina hay que salir a la calle e ir al hotel principal a 100m, por no tener no tienen ni recepcionista. Un día fallaba la puerta de la habitación y tardaron más de una hora en arreglarlo y teniendo que desplazarnos a los demás hoteles, porque tienen tres en la misma calle y este es el más nuevo pero el más abandonado. La tecnología de la habitación es compleja, con botones para encender las luces y correr las cortinas, los cuales nadie te explica y tienes que adivinar.
Cualquier hotel con las mismas características y ubicación que este sale por la mitad de precio, ya que no tienen los servicios que ofertan.
La puntuación esta manipulada, ya que incluso a nosotros tras nuestras quejas nos presionaron a poner una reseña delante de ellos de al menos 8 estrellas y nos hacían un descuento y nos invitaban a comer.
Booking está al tanto de todo esto pero ha ignorado totalmente el tema.
Están denunciados por fraude y publicidad engañosa

Jasmine à la réception (quand elle est présente)

Rien ne va, la chambre ne correspdait pas du tout à celle que j'avais payée. Elle etait microscopique je ne pouvais meme pas ouvrir ma valise. La piscine se trouve dans l'hôtel en face et idem pour le petit déj il faut changer d'hôtel mais ça ils ne le précisent pas sur booking. Bon courage piur trouver quelqu'un à la réception, ils sont les 3/4 du temps dans l'autre hotel... j'ai annulé ma réservation le jour même, ce ne sont pas les hôtels qui manquent à istanbul!

Wonderful location!
Pros:

Great location and very comfortable. We chose to have breakfast at the fair quieter Sura Design Hotel. We were looked after brilliantly by Sezgin, Zeynep & Ezgi.

Cons:

No breakfast in our hotel and the breakfast at Hagia Sofia was far too busy.

Благодарю за сервис и уют во время моего пребывания в Стамбуле! Работники отеля помогли при заселении, и что очень важно организовали трансфер на гольф каре до такси при выезде, очень вежливый, внимательный и чуткий персонал, предугадывают желания клиента работая на опережение! Особенно мне понравился завтрак с видом на город. Отдельно хочется отметить качество матраса, подушек и постельного белья, я наконец-то выспалась! Спасибо! Также хочу отметить место расположения отеля, очень удобно дойти до основных достопримечательностей за 3 минуты. Ресторан для ужина с прекрасным сервисом и кухней. Однозначно рекомендую отель для отдыха и путешествий!

Думала, вспоминала долго, но ничего такого не припомнила.. все супер! Спасибо!
