Poor management marring a great hotel
Pros:

The location of the hotel, the decor of the rooms, pool area and the breakfasts were 10/10.
The cafe/bar that lead off from the pool was stunning.You couldn’t have been closer to Sultanhamet/Blue mosque if you tried! The street had a great vibe with 4 amazing restaurants in it.

Cons:

Management was useless. In the end I stopped talking and figured this review will be louder.
1. They put us in a superior room instead of the comfort (higher spec/larger) room that I had booked. When I queried it, they said there were no available rooms for the remainder of my stay. The next day, I had to force move number 1.
2. After checking in, we had to wait 1 hour for someone to click the fuse in so that the air con would turn on in a stifling room at 11pm. All while being told the air con was working.(luckily I had read a review informing me of this). By the way, I had to go down to the lobby twice as the phone was disconnected.
3. After moving rooms, we discovered there was no cold water-yes just scalding hot water so we moved rooms again.
4. In room 3 , the air con panel didn’t not work so the air con was stuck on sub zero temps. After calling 3 times and waiting 3 hours for an extra blanket we realised they were enjoying this. Oh and yes, this room had intermittent cold water as well, so you had to take your chances with not getting burnt.
5. Amenities were not refilled -eg toilet paper, conditioner and water
6. All of this was relayed to management on the 4 th day who did absolutely nothing!

Pros:

Местоположение - лучше не придумаешь.
Бесплатная парковка - отличная вещь в самом центре города.

Cons:

Бассейн маленький. 8-10 шезлонгов на два отеля.
Завтрак ужасно скромный. Точно не пять звезд.
Персонал не реагирует на просьбы. Вызывали техника, просили поменять полотенца - обещали, но никто не пришел.
Уборка в номере поверхностная. На полках куча пыли.
В душевой вода не уходит…

Gullu was very helpful in solving issues with the previous room professionally and promptly. Would highly recommend reaching out to her regarding anything. Overall, it was an amazing stay at an amazing spot.

Pros:

Vi ble veldig godt tatt i mot. Det er perfekt beliggenhet for gåavstand til de største attraksjonene. Personalet tok godt vare på oss og vi fikk til og med en oppmerksomhet i anledning vår bursdag.

I enjoyed staying in sura concept and I will come again
Pros:

The location of the property is unbeatable, the room is stylish and cozy, the bed is comfortable .The food is delicious. Having access to the facilities in the other sisters hotel is great

Pros:

Fatima was extremely nice and helpful! The cleaning staff forgot to add water and coffee twice and she brought them to us very late in the evening. The hotel is very well located and the breakfast in the hotel next door was delicious.

Cons:

Cleaning staff forgot the coffee and water twice. Would have been great to have a heater in the bathroom. It was quite cold in there

Amazing location, comfy beds
Pros:

Amazing location, very comfortable, bedding and sheets, high-quality finish on everything

Cons:

The bathroom had radiant floor heating, and it could not be turned off. The room was very warm, but I left the window open.

Marvelous
Pros:

We really loved everything; the breakfast, the room and the bed too. We just had a really good sleep after a whole day of travelling around the Istanbul. The staffs were also helpful; Bayram, Erturan and Gulli gave a good service to us. We really recommend to stay in Sura Concept Hotel
