Pros:

The restaurant staff were obliging in giving us a packed breakfast.
Room was large and bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Cleanliness was lacking. Bathroom wasn't as clean as we would have expected.
Linen was tired looking and pillows were.stained under the pillowcase.
Public areas needed maintenance, public toilets on ground floor were dirty.

Comfiest place near the Airport
Pros:

The staff were very Hospitable,
Specially Intaj at the front desk

The room service personal named Phungsarang was very helpful too
The bathroom were very clean too

I check out at 7:30 am & my bill shows check out time 11:37 AM, so it is not transparent business from them
Pros:

Nothing is extra ordinary , I prefer because of near to airport , as I reached Gauhati at 10:30 pm so I want to check in fast & go to bed

Cons:

Nothing . I paid for breakfast . I request them 1 day prior that I want to check out early at 7:30 am so can you manage cold breakfast ( packed) , they said our restaurant staff comes at 8:00 am so can’t do it .

Please depute professional management and staff who can serve the service professionally .

Cons:

Very poor room service and house keeping. Even requested for room cleaning but did not done. Every hotels provided gentle kit free in room but they did the charge for brush. I never recommend to other people to stay in this hotel.
