朝食バイキングも美味しかったです。
夕食の送りをしれくれるとのことでしたが、一部送って貰えないエリアがあるとは言われなかったので、事前にその事も知らせて欲しかったです。
スタッフの対応が最高でした。
部屋も広く、静かで綺麗でした。
大浴場は良かったですが、可能なら露天風呂も増設して欲しいです。

お風呂が大浴場があり、上がった後、いっぱいビールか、飲み物がサービスで飲めた。

We stayed 5 nights in one of the recently renovated rooms (there are other rooms that have not yet been renovated). Beds were exceptionally comfortable, beautiful big widows and even a Nespresso machine in the room. The inside bath downstairs has beautiful light in the morning. The breakfast buffet is fantastic. Very helpful staff. There is a hotel bus service in the evening to take you to a restaurant or izakaya to eat out. They made New Year’s Eve soba and new year’s special dishes for all the guests. The lobby downstairs has a perfect ocean view and if you are lucky you can see whales. Simply perfect.
The shower facilities in the bath downstairs need to be upgraded. They are a bit dated.

温泉を期待してたから残念、しかも一つしか浴槽がないのも残念。しかし部屋にあるシャワーはとても快適に使えた。
島民が多く使用してたため混雑していた。温泉でない点
せっかくシービューの部屋を予約したのに全然見えなかった。窓の半分以上は建物に覆われていて、実際に海が見えるのは部屋の一部から少しだけ。衛星面や臭い、その他施設に関する不満はいくつかあるが、なによりも一泊5万円以上も払って予約したのに海があれだけしか見えなかったのは非常に残念。
ロビーや朝食会場から海が見えてロケーションが最高でした！

The staff here are incredibly friendly and flexible, making you feel genuinely welcomed. They even surprised me with an impromptu shuttle service to a local restaurant. On top of that, the breakfast was excellent, offering a good variety to start the day. The combination of great service and a satisfying breakfast makes this a solid choice for travelers.
The coffee wasn't the best. I must admit I'm quite particular about my coffee, and higher quality coffee would have been great. This is minor, and I mean this as constructive feedback.
