感覺比較適合年輕人入住,最佳的入住人數還是6人
Pros:

地理位置是不錯,離2家的地鐵都近
家庭式公寓,有提供煮食用的器具跟碗還有盤子
隔壁就有超式,可以買到當季的水果

Cons:

浴室真的太小間了
房間的空間沒有可以放大行李箱,1間住3人就有3個大行李箱,如果要全打開真的是要放床上才行,床頭沒可置務的"小"空間
另外煮菜用的器具應該要更換,可能是之前的住戶沒注意使用,內鍋的塗層有脫落

"Perfect location for a stress-free stay in Tokyo!"
We had a fantastic experience staying at Hotel Kototoi Juku. The location is excellent—it’s nestled in a convenient spot that makes exploring the city so easy. There is a supermarket right nearby, which was perfect for grabbing fresh food, and both 7-Eleven and Lawson are within short walking distance for quick snacks and essentials.
Having two train stations (Iriya and Uguisudani) nearby was a huge plus, making our daily commutes smooth and simple. If you are looking for a place that combines comfort with a highly practical location, I highly recommend staying here!

Great location, comfy beds and pillows, lots of amenities close by etc. staff were so helpful when we had questions. Amazing customer service.

Cons:

It was a bit noisy being close to a busy road so I’d recommend a good pair of earplugs!!

Estado de las instalaciones y limpieza muy bueno.
Cercanía de metro y tren. Así como tiendas de alimentación y restaurantes

Cons:

El ruido del tráfico por la noche es difícil de soportar. Las ventanas q dan a la calle principal no aíslan nada de ruido. Da la sensación incluso de no estar cerradas, pero no hay acceso a ellas al estar detrás de un tablero en el cabecero.
Es imprescindible mejorar ese aislamiento
Escalera estrecha no apta para gente con movilidad reducida

우에노역과도 가까운 위치로 도쿄 도착 후 빠르게 숙소 이동이 가능합니다. 도쿄 시내로 이동할 때에도 야마노테선인 우구이스다니역이 가까워 좋습니다. 청결, 어메니티 등 숙소의 기본적인 부분도 모두 만족스러웠고, 가족여행 또는 친구들과 단체 여행 시 추천드릴만한 숙소입니다.

Pros:

Great location close to trains, easy to get around. A lot of stairs but that is fine if you plan for it and can manage. Good bathrooms on every floor and super comfortable beds. Thanks for having us

Awesome place and location, would definitely stay again.
Pros:

The property was very clean and had a bathroom on each floor! There were plenty of rooms as well and they provided basic necessities such as toiletries and had instant drink packets prepared. Location was very close to the station and JR line, convenience stores, and was not located in a busy location.

Cons:

There were a lot of stairs, making it hard to move luggage. It was inconvenient visiting other rooms as well but wasn’t a big issue.

Pros:

全家人住一整棟真方便，有兩間浴室。每層樓有廁所。
樓下就有超市。出門200公尺內有火車站，公車站，捷運站。

Cons:

馬路邊稍嫌吵了一點，但住宿方也有提供耳塞。
房間及浴室小了點，但這就是日本的房子。

Loved my stay, felt just like an own home in Ueno. I'd happily come back!
Pros:

Great location in Ueno - with good size 7-Eleven and supermarket right next door, it couldn't be more convenient. Short walk to both train and metro stations, making it easy to explore the city. Just like the photos, the rooms were spotless, decorated in calming colors, and the beds were super comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Cons:

AP WiFi signal was not good during my time of stay.

Pros:

We loved having 2 bedrooms, a separate lounge, and 3 toilets... a luxury for this price in Tokyo. Conveniently located for JR and Metro and humming Ueno. Very nice staff who greeted us on arrival and followed up during our stay

The middle floor bedroom was noisy from traffic
