Chỗ ở cho cảm giác tệ nhất từ trước đến nay
Cons:

Trên web để cho thú cưng. Hỏi lúc booking qua tin nhắn của trang luôn, và đã dặn 4pm sẽ tới check in mà 4:30 đến thì lúc đó tầm 5h mới nhắn trên app chớ cũng ko phải nhân viên trả lời là lễ tân nữa. Cái hỏi là cún to hay nhỏ mà lúc đó nhận phòng rồi.
Cái lúc đem cún xuống gặp chị chủ, cái chị chủ nhăn mặt nói là bên này không nhận thú cưng mà em, sao lúc nãy không thấy em thú cưng nào. Làm ăn sao không ăn nhập gì vậy, rồi bắt khách hàng phải giải thích quy trình bên chị có vấn đề như nào, rồi chủ gọi điện cho bạn nhân viên kia la rày. Lỗi rõ ràng bên kia mà không một lời xin lỗi mà còn bà chủ tự nói là"các em không được mang thú lên giường nhé, chị sẽ phạt rất nặng nếu nó đái ỉa trên đó" với vẻ mặt rất căng. Là sao? Cái nói chửi bé nhân viên là ế cũng được thì hạ giá phòng chớ ko cho đem cún vào. Má ơi làm dịch vụ mà mindset kiểu đó, chủ mà nói với khách kiểu đó, chị làm phòng còn thân thiện hơn.
