Pros:

Très bonne localisation

Sécurisé

Piscine agréable

Cons:

Draps sales (tache de sang et tache orange)

Sales de bain sales avec des insectes d’humidité,

Pour le lit c’était juste un canapé ouvert sans vrai drap ( donc le lit pas nettoyé)

No tienen estacionamiento, pero si hay lugar te permiten dejar tu coche en la entrada por la noche (de 21:00 a 8:00)

Estudio sin servicios básicos y experiencia insegura

Hola, equipo de Casa Maca.

Quería hacerles llegar mi descontento formal por mi estancia, ya que hubo faltas de respeto al cliente y de seguridad que no puedo pasar por alto:

- Incumplimiento de servicios: Reservé un estudio, y según las políticas de Booking, un estudio debe contar con cocina y refrigerador; de lo contrario, es simplemente una habitación estándar. Al no tener estos servicios, el anuncio resulta engañoso.

- Falta de profesionalismo en la llegada: Les avisé con 3 días de antelación mi hora de llegada y no había nadie (durante más de 45 min estuve llamando y mandando mensajes). Me dieron (al día siguiente) la excusa de que el encargado estaba en el baño, pero el mismo chico me confirmó esa noche que estaba fuera haciendo otro trabajo. No me gusta que se me mienta.

- Higiene: Las toallas tenían manchas, lo cual da una impresión de descuido total, aunque olían a q estaban lavadas. Afortunadamente me las cambiaron al día siguiente lo cual es de agradecer.

- Seguridad: Esto fue lo más grave. Una madrugada un huésped borracho (o eso se me dijo cuando reporté la situación ) intentó entrar en mi habitación. Me despertó con un susto tremendo y me sentí totalmente vulnerable. Un alojamiento debe ser un lugar seguro, y aquí fallaron profundamente y cuando les reporté la situación no me dieron ninguna solución.

Espero una respuesta coherente por su parte, ya que pagué por un estudio y recibí una habitación con deficiencias de servicio y seguridad.

Comfortable and Clean. Central Location
Pros:

Location was great, room was clean and they cleaned the room on a regular basis. Staff were also very friendly.

Cons:

Although it did state this in the rules, you are not allowed visitors after 10pm, which came as a surprise one day.

Worth the stay
Pros:

The location is centeo to everyrhing 5 min walk to beach. Lots of stores and restaurants around. Staff is excellent and so friendly.

Pilloes are small not ypur regulat size pillows

Pues en general el precio fue muy bueno el tema de la ubicación pues es lo que a lo mejor le puede bajar puntos pero la vdd esta muy bien por dentro la gente amable el guardia de la noche de igual manera super amable en general fue una buena experiencia estuve tres días no pedí limpieza por que me da más tranquilidad que no entren pero el personal siempre con muy buena disposición el Internet no me fallo para nada y lo único que a veces pues el agua caliente no salía tan caliente pero de hay en fuera super genial ningún tema de nada

Für Sparfüchse absolut empfehlenswert!
Pros:

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war super.

Zum Strand und ins Zentrum sowie zum Busbahnhof und den Stationen der Collectivos war es nicht weit.

Besonderer Dank geht an Charly für die guten Tipps zu Playa del Carmen und Umgebung!

Ich habe mich die 12 Tage dort absolut sicher gefühlt.

Cons:

Leider ist es nachts teilweise etwas laut, vermutlich bedingt durch Klimatechnik der umliegenden Gebäude.

Aber bezogen auf Preis und Leistung kann man in den sauren Apfel ruhig rein beißen.
