לא אכלנו ארוחת בוקר במקום.

בררתי לעניין שרות ניקיון חדרים שאמור לכלול החלפת מצעים, מגבות והשלמת טואלטיקה. נכתב לי באמצעות הוואצאפ כי המדיניות הפנימית היא כי בזמן שהייה קצר של יומים - שלושה לא מגיע שרות חדרים. שאלתי היכן זה נכתב באתר והיכן אמצא זאת בבוקינג ואז נעניתי כי מדובר בנהלים ותקנון פנימי. בסוף לאחר יומיים, ביום השלישי והאחרון שלנו במקום, הגיע שרות חדרים וגם אז לא מילאו נייר טואלט שנגמר. גם עודף לא קיבלתי ושילמתי במזומן, קבלה קיבלתי רק לאחר שדרשתי אותה.

Great location and value for money
Pros:

We liked the location. It gave us good access to Iocal food and services. The accommodation was great overall - really nicely appointed, great pool and a big communal kitchen as well as cooking facilities in the room.

Cons:

There was noone available at reception to help us with enquiries. We used whatsapp but response was often slow. Because we stayed for 4 nights, it would have been good to be able to access fresh towels and supply of toilet paper, particularly because it was raining alot through our stay.

Tous étaient neuf la literie confortable et lit énorme les linges la machine à laver ect

Cons:

Malheureusement comme tt était neuf il manquait des chose comme l’étendoir a linge le ménage fin de travaux le balcon rien pour te poser le Bruit des travaux autour les serviettes non laver neuf laisser plein de peluche sur nous

Mould that staff won't clean
Pros:

Bed was comfortable air-conditioning worked fine.

Cons:

The walls around the shower and bathtub are covered in mould. I messaged the guy that 'works' here with no response. His name is Alex. I saw him in person, so I showed him on 2 separate occasions. He said he would tell housekeeping. Well I got a bad cough, started sneezing with a blocked nose. Maybe a coincidence? Mould still there, after I left this morning. Quite happy for customers to get sick. I never used the shower after the first time. I actually went to the Radisson Red and used their gym showers, at a cost of 250000 vnd.
The place has permanent noise coming from the building attached to the accommodation behind my room, so opening the windows to help with sir circulation means not only noisey but mosquitos come in aswell. Had to 'borrow' the portable fan in the evening and return it each day, to help with the mustiness of the room. I wonder if the mould issues in the reviews are only since Alex started working there??
It's a shame, because it seems like a potentially really nice place. Alex had 3 days to clean the mould; but he has more important things to do like sit directly outside the glass door to my room on his phone.
I can't recommend this place
