Séjour très décevant et tentative de manipulation, à éviter absolument
Je viens de passer une nuit dans cet hôtel et je déconseille fortement ce séjour, autant pour les conditions que pour les pratiques douteuses de l'établissement.
L’emplacement est très problématique : situé en dehors de la ville, il est obligatoire de prendre un taxi pour rejoindre le centre, ce qui engendre des frais et des contraintes supplémentaires.
L’accueil a été particulièrement désagréable. Non seulement le personnel manque totalement de courtoisie, mais en plus, à mon départ, la personne à la réception m’a explicitement demandé d'annuler ma réservation via Booking.com pour éviter que je ne laisse un commentaire. Cette tentative de manipulation pour étouffer les avis négatifs est inacceptable et manque totalement de professionnalisme.
Une fois dans la chambre, les problèmes s’enchaînent :
· Le chauffage fonctionne mal, la pièce n’était pas suffisamment chauffée.
· Une mauvaise odeur persistante règne dans la chambre.
· La salle de bain dégage une odeur vraiment déplorable.
· Les couvertures semblaient sales, non lavées.
· Le lit était dans un état lamentable, inconfortable et usé.
Pour 35 € la nuit, je m’attendais à un minimum de propreté, de confort et d’honnêteté. Malheureusement, cet établissement échoue sur tous les points.
Je ne reviendrai pas et je déconseille vivement ce choix. Méfiez-vous également des tentatives visant à falsifier les retours clients.

Quiet area, nice view from the window. Non stop reception, aircondition for extra heating, small fridge and comfortable bed.

Cons:

It is out of town, there is no public transport here, it is about 10-12 minutes by car to the main square (Taxi is cheap, you need to download the Yandexgo app)

Pros:

Every thing is good we were stay on january first till 6th.
It was near downtown by YANDEX 5min !
And more good thing is near DALMA garden,you can walk to there.very kindly staff,and they bring breakfast to us in our room.
Last point : YAN hotel is a good choice for your stay.

Cons:

Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. In freezing weather and below-zero temperatures, the heating system did not work properly. Despite informing the reception several times, no action was taken. We had booked our stay with breakfast included, but there was no breakfast provided, and even the money for it was not refunded. The staff’s behavior was unprofessional and disgraceful. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. ⛔
