Если вам нужно спальное место и простой завтрак - хорошее место
Pros:

Идеальное расположение, отличный администратор отеля, много места внутри отеля где можно посидеть компанией, есть дворик с мангалом. Недалеко от отеля есть супермаркет, в котором можно купить все необходимое.

Cons:

В нашем номере, в туалете протекала канализация, возле слива из унитаза, было не приятно. Также был замечен таракан в ванной, это не удивительно, так как на потолке огромные щели в районе лампочек. Наши друзья жаловались на плесень в номере.

Budget stay with a nice rooftop view, but needs maintenance and isn’t ideal for long visits.
Pros:

I liked the view from the roof, it’s pretty cheap, and we needed a place for a few days. There’s WiFi there and it’s mostly stable except for a few times. The staff is good, it’s quiet at night, no loud noises in the hallway.

Cons:

There’s a lot of dirt on the walls, the bathroom is obviously in need of repair, especially the shower booth, and there’s some weird hole in the wall exposing the tubes. Also, there are dogs outside and you can hear them bark when you open the window. One of the bedsheets was torn a bit. I’ll attach all the photos for your consideration. And the nearest shop is a few hundred meters away so it’s not that convenient. Also, no kitchen or something similar in the room, not even a microwave. It’s not a place to stay long at.

Отель для активного отдыха, переночевать, поесть и дальше гулять.
Pros:

Отзывчивый персонал, администратор подсказал где найти нужные магазины. Очень приятный в общении!
Открытая трасса с навесом, красивый вид на Ереван. Закрытый двор с зеленью, мангалом, можно приготовить еду и поест на свежем воздухе. В отеле чисто, есть диваны в коридоре. Комфортное лобби где можно оставить вещи после выезда и дождаться трансфера. Есть кухня, со всем необходимым, можно готовить еду. Черный котей, ласковый и игривый.

Cons:

Завтрак однообразный, для привередливые гостей не подойдёт. Подуставшая мебель, сантехника. Слышно соседей.

Отель очень удобно расположен. Близко до аэропорта Центр города в пешей доступности. Хороший завтрак. Приятный персонал. После выселения моно оставить вещи. В номере чисто. Удобная кровать.

Pros:

На ресепшене нас встретил очень харизматичный Алексей. Всё показал, проводил в номер, предложил комнату на выбор, дал рекомендации по городу и кафе. Сам номер в хорошем состоянии, прекрасное джакузи и веранда с видом на город и коньячный завод Арарат. В номере есть всё необходимое, удобная кровать, чистое бельё и полотенца. Соответствует описанию.
На общей кухне чай и кофе, посуда для самостоятельного приготовления.
Завтрак в номере мог бы быть лучше.
Рекомендую.
