Excellent stay enhanced by a very professional hotel owner who is always available.
Adam, the hotel owner was extremely helpful and informative. He was always on site and he provided excellent advice and service organising our various boat and other excursions.we intend to return and spend longer in Luang Prabang as soon as possible.
Maybe a gym close by would have been useful, but it wasn't a major issue.

The rooms were big with great air con, powerful showers and big comfy beds The lady who ran the hotel spoke excellent English, was really friendly and so helpful.
This property is amazing, right in the middle of everything, alms ceremony just down the street, the customer service provided by Defne at the front desk, the cleaning people and the kitchen staff is amazing, it makes you feel a home away from home, totally fits the Luang Prabang vibe, when we come back to Luang Prabang we are definitely staying here again, I researched so many properties and as soon as I got there I knew I made the right decision, in house laundry super affordable, the breakfast it's perfect and the AC will not be an issue in this place.
I have nothing bad to say, probably just having to carry the classic room key style was the only thing lol. But I'm sure you can leave it at the front desk if you don't want to risk losing it.
