Отдыхали в этом отеле — всё просто замечательно! 🌟
Номер чистый, уютный, с комфортной кроватью и всем необходимым. Завтраки очень вкусные и разнообразные — всегда свежие продукты и большой выбор блюд. Персонал приветливый и отзывчивый. Остались только положительные впечатления, обязательно вернёмся ещё раз! 😊

Clean hotel nearby the bus station
Pros:

Spacious, clean room with basic amenities provided. Short 10-15 minutes walk to the bus station as I was travelling to Kyrgyzstan the next day.

Cons:

The staff did not speak very good english, we used google translate to communicate. I would also have preferred clearer instructions when I asked them for directions to the bus station - for example, she could have showed me the walking route using 2gis or google maps. The neighbourhood around the hotel did not feel safe at night, though I confirm nothing negative happened.

Pros:

The room was nice and clean. The bed was really comfy. They stored our suitcases for a few days, when we went backpacking.

Cons:

We've got charged extra 50% for early check-in, even though no one was using the room and the hotel was far from full.

Pros:

The staff was nice and helped me a lot.

Cons:

The hotel is a bit too far from the center, the location is not good, but the taxi there is cheap and the staff helped me to call a taxi and that was nice.
There were only a few persons who can communicate in English and I always needed a google translater.
The bottle of water was not served from the second day and even i asked they forgot.
