I visited that hotel with family. When I reached Thier all staff no knowledge about my booking. They say all rooms are booked.

Very very very bad experience
Pros:

I left before breakfast, so I cannot comment on it. The location was unpleasant because of a bad smell at the main entrance.

Cons:

The staff, room cleanliness, and overall service were very poor and did not meet my expectations. Significant improvements are needed in cleanliness, customer service, and the overall guest experience.
