Pros:

Le personnel est très agréable, avenant et disponible.
La vue est superbe. Notre chambre donnait directement sur les plantations de thé

Cons:

Très excentré de Munnar, il faut 20 à 30mn pour rejoindre la ville selon le mode de transport choisi. Route très abîmée et localisation approximative.

Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at Beauty Spot Hotel for two days with my family. The location of the hotel is truly awesome, surrounded by beautiful views which make the stay very peaceful and relaxing.
The hotel staff are very polite, friendly, and always ready to help, which made our stay even more comfortable. The rooms were neat and suitable for a family stay.
The food served at the hotel was very tasty and also budget friendly. Especially the breakfast was delicious and well prepared.
Overall, it is a great place for a family trip in Munnar. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay in Munnar. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great views, but the high charges are not justified given the poor room facilities and service
Pros:

I’ll start with the location — the resort is in a good spot and the view is truly beautiful. This is the only part that I liked about this resort.

Cons:

The stay experience was disappointing. The room windows were of very poor quality, which meant we could constantly hear loud wind noise throughout the day and night. During rainy weather, water even leaked into the room through those windows.

Considering the high charges for the stay, these are basic amenities one would expect to be in proper condition for a peaceful experience.

Coming to room service — even in the cold, they did not provide an electric kettle to warm drinking water. There was also no phone in the room to contact room service or the kitchen; for every request, we had to go down two floors.

The food quality was just average.

Overall, I would not recommend this resort unless they improve these basic necessities.

Pros:

- Location is very good
- Staff is very friendly
- Breakfast was good

Cons:

- It is 6 km from Munnar downtown on the top of the hill as opposed to what is mentioned on the description as 2.4 km.
- Not enough hot water in the room
