Great location, good breakfast and stay.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Rooms were neat, clean and comfortable. Staffs were cooperative and provided good hospitality. Thanks to Owner Biju Joseph for this wonderful property.

A lovely time at Beauty Spot
Pros:

The view from the hotel and balcony was outstanding. The staff is more than welcoming and very helpful. The food provided in the restaurant is also good.

Cons:

If you want this outstanding view it has a price : it is a bit remote.

Pros:

Amazing view of the plantation from the room. There was a huge room with plenty of space and two beds and a glass to ceiling window, which gave us a beautiful view of the sunrise, sunset and the mountains. The staff is also very helpful and accommodated our every request.

My booking was cancelled unexpectedly, and it caused a lot of inconvenience. I had to find another place at the last minute. This was disappointing, and I hope such issues are avoided in the future.

I strongly recommend this hotel for anyone with families or friends
Pros:

It was a fantastic stay and nice staff for easy access. View from hill is fanatic with swimming pool

Cons:

Only difficult is that route to reach hotel. Once it is cleared, everything is ok

Le personnel est très agréable, avenant et disponible.
La vue est superbe. Notre chambre donnait directement sur les plantations de thé

Cons:

Très excentré de Munnar, il faut 20 à 30mn pour rejoindre la ville selon le mode de transport choisi. Route très abîmée et localisation approximative.
