Great location, staff and pool but avoid the restaurant.
Pros:

The incredibly helpful staff and clean refreshing swimming pool.

Cons:

I would stay again but not choose the option to include breakfast. No buffet, only two options and very slow.

Excellent location
Pros:

It was nicely located in front of the beach and you just have to cross the road take a surf lesson or for a stroll in the beach. The room was spacious.

Cons:

The parking was limited inside the property.

Cons:

We had a good stay at the hotel. We liked the room, and we also enjoyed the pool, although it should be cleaned more frequently as the water was quite cloudy.
However, the main issue for us was the attitude of the staff. Before our arrival, I requested a late check-out, and I was told that it would be considered positively. But after staying for four days, when we asked again, we were not given even one extra hour. We ended up having to negotiate for it, which was very disappointing.
This was the part we didn’t like — the staff’s attitude towards guests was not up to expectations.
