Pros:

Accueil très sympa, tout le personnel est souriant , avec toujours un petit mot gentil. Chambre rustique mais propre. Literie moyenne. En tout cas pour le prix, tout est là. La douche est fonctionnelle avec un bon débit et de l’eau chaude, ce qui n’est pas le cas partout.

The guy working at the reception was so nice and helpful!😊 We got our laundry done, got a motorbike for the days and booked the Lan Ha Bay day tour directly at the hotel and everything was amazing!😊 highly recommend staying at this hotel😊.

Pros:

The hotel is close to restaurants and beaches. The staff offered a good excursions and assist with a bus transfer from and to Hanoi.

Cons:

Unfortunately, we were during lunar new year and the hotel suspended cleaning service and breakfast. The latter was especially a problem since most of restaurants were also closed. The problem is that staff didn't informed us that breakfast is not provided however it was included in our reservation on booking.com.
Also, all facility are too old or broken.
The hotel faces the noise street, so one cannot sleep with open windows. The door to the corridor is half transparent which creates a problem if someone turns on light in the corridor or in the neighboring room.
