Pros:

Great classic hotel room and building for a great price. Tony and the rest of the staff were so friendly and always greeted me with a smile in the mornings, and were great help booking me tours direct through the hotel for a discounted rate. Although the amount of construction going up means the hotel is no longer on the seafront as it was 12 months ago, I still had a great east facing view with the sunrise coming through the limestone hills every morning, but I would definitely stay here again in any room solely for the hospitality!

Les équipements sont très rudimentaires, les lits ne sont pas très confortables, la propreté n'est pas au top, assez bruyant avec tous les travaux à proximité

Pros:

Accueil très sympa, tout le personnel est souriant , avec toujours un petit mot gentil. Chambre rustique mais propre. Literie moyenne. En tout cas pour le prix, tout est là. La douche est fonctionnelle avec un bon débit et de l’eau chaude, ce qui n’est pas le cas partout.

The guy working at the reception was so nice and helpful!😊 We got our laundry done, got a motorbike for the days and booked the Lan Ha Bay day tour directly at the hotel and everything was amazing!😊 highly recommend staying at this hotel😊.
