Schrecklicher Aufenthalt – vor allem wegen des unprofessionellen Verhaltens an der Rezeption. Nie wieder!
Pros:

Die Unterkunft an sich ist sehr sauber.

Cons:

Allerdings sind die Fenster nicht ausreichend abgedichtet, sodass der Lärm vom Hauptbahnhof deutlich hörbar ist.
An der Rezeption saß ein korpulenter Mann mit Brille, der auf eine einfache Nachfrage äußerst unfreundlich reagierte und völlig unangemessen ausfallend wurde. Offenbar fühlte er sich bereits durch eine kleine zusätzliche Aufgabe (das Zusammenheften von zwei Blättern) überfordert und gestört.
Gerade im Hotelgewerbe sollte Freundlichkeit und Professionalität selbstverständlich sein, da sie ein Ausdruck von Wertschätzung gegenüber den Gästen sind. Leider habe ich dies hier nicht Weise erlebt. Ein derart unangemessenes Verhalten ist absolut nicht akzeptabel. Auf eine einfache Frage so überzureagieren, ist unverständlich. Wer im direkten Kundenkontakt arbeitet, sollte auch in stressigen Situationen ruhig und respektvoll bleiben. Wenn der Umgang mit Gästen offensichtlich zur Belastung wird, sollte man grundsätzlich hinterfragen, ob diese Tätigkeit die richtige ist. Freundlichkeit, Geduld und ein professionelles Auftreten sind in der Hotellerie keine Option, sondern Voraussetzung. In diesem Fall wäre eine entsprechende Schulung im Umgang mit Kunden dringend empfehlenswert.

Aus diesem Grund werde ich dieses Hotel in Zukunft nicht mehr buchen und auch nicht weiter empfehlen.

Will stay there again next time I'm in Muenster.
Pros:

Excellent location, close to everything. Helpful staff, speedy internet, complimentary welcome drink, very good room rate.

Cons:

Nothing that comes to mind.

Perfekte Lage, sauber und gutes Frühstück.
Pros:

Die Lage am Bahnhof ist super.
Kurze Wege in die Altstadt ebenfalls.
Das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber.
Zudem war es nachts völlig ruhig trotz der Citylage. Wir allerdings ein Zimmer zum Innenhof.
Das Frühstück war vielfältig und lecker. Rührei, Lachs, Mett u.v.m. wurde regelmäßig nachgefüllt.

Cons:

Das Bett war etwas schmaler als üblich.
Es gibt beim CheckIn einen Gutschein für die Hotelbar.
Die Bar können wir nicht weiterempfehlen. Getränkeauswahl war in Teilen nicht verfügbar, zu teuer für die Qualität und der Umgang der hektischen Servicekraft nicht akzeptabel.

Ruhiges Komfortzimmer, klassische, moderne Einrichtung, Stadtnähe

Cons:

Man fragte uns, ob wir auf eine Zimmerreinigung verzichten wollen.
Wir bejahten, da wir nur 3 Nächte blieben. Man sagte uns aber nicht, dass dann gar nichts gemacht wird, auch keine Betten.
Der Gutschein für 1 Sekt war es nicht wert.

Wirklich sehr freundliche und herzliche Mitarbeiter/ innen!
Reichhaltiges Frühstück!

Cons:

Überhaupt nicht gefallen hat mir/ uns die Glastür vom Badezimmer.
Im Bad möchte ich Privatsphäre, die ist mit einer Glastür unmittelbar neben dem WC nun wirklich nicht gegeben!
Aber man kann ja ein Duschhandtuch davorhängen...

Sehr enttäuschend
Cons:

Zimmer sehr altmodisch, Bad extrem klein und eng, für Menschen über 1.80 unmöglich auf die Toilette zu gehen, Bett so schlimm, dass mitten in der Nacht ausgecheckt wurde.
