Direkte Lage Gegenüber des Hbf, Ladenzeile vor der Tür. Freundliches Personal, ein kleines Bistro im Hotel für Getränke und Snacks. Das Zimmer ist sauber, das Bett war bequem. Ausstattung im Bad mit Fön und Handtüchern.

Cons:

Glastür zum Badezimmer und Toilette.

Top Hotel, jedoch künftig kein Anlaufpunkt für uns
Pros:

Die Lage direkt gegenüber des Hauptbahnhofes ist perfekt, wenn man mit dem Zug anreist. Der Empfang ist nett, die Zimmer geräumig und sauber. Etwas störend ist die Glastüre zur Toilette hin. So konnte ich meine Sekretärin endlich mal durch die Türe unter der Dusche sehen. Beim Stuhlgang ist es dann eher nachteilig. Alles in Allem ein nettes Hotel. 5-Sterne Service im Bistro durch einen Slavo, bis der Wechsel kam und wir von einem älteren Herrn und einem Mossad oder Mussad oder ähnlichem bedient oder auch nicht wurden. Bestellungen am Tisch wurden angehört, jedoch nie serviert. trotz Öffnungszeiten bis 01:00 Uhr , wurde um 23:15 Uhr die letzte Bestellung ausgerufen, obwohl sich im Lokal etwa 20 Gäste befanden.

Cons:

Der Lärm der Straße vor dem Hauptbahnhof. Schlägereien, Polizeieinsätze und Geschrei bis morgens um 5 Uhr. Im Bistro wurden wir von einem Slavo ausgezeichnet bedient. Dieser Mann macht diesen Job aus Liebe. Die beiden anderen, der ältere Herr und der Araber sollten sich besser einen Job am Bahnhofskiosk suchen. Aufgrund der miserablen und unverschämten, überheblichen Bedienung oder auch Mißachtung dieser beiden Herren werden wir dieses Hotel nicht mehr besuchen.

Das Zimmer konnte man nicht gut verdunkeln.
Der Einstieg der Dusche war sehr schmal und fast unmöglich.
