Pros:

Das Frühstück ist große Klasse ☺️ uns dreien hatte es sehr geschmeckt es wahr alles dabei was das Herz begehrt ☀️ Willkommens Getränke bekommen zum Frühstück gab es Kaffee dazu Säfte hätte man sich auch nehmen können einfach klasse.wir kommen gerne wieder.ich finde was die Sicherheit abgeht ist auch für alles gesorgt abends wahren zwei Männer an der Pforte vor der Tür gibt es eine Polizei Videoanlage die Polizei ist am Bahnhof i die ganze Zeit Präsent ich fände es gut da dort am Bahnhof ja schon ne Art Brennpunkt ist . vielen lieben Dank 😘

Unser Föhn Ging nicht aber das ist auch gar kein Problem gewesen 😃

Für uns war die zentrale Lage wichtig. Wir konnten alles zu Fuß erreichen.
Das Zimmer war gut und die Betten sehr komfortabel

Cons:

Uns hat die durchsichtige Glastür vom
Badezimmer nicht gefallen.
Ich muss nicht vom Bett aus meinem Partner bei seinem Toilettengang beobachten

Erg rumoerig gehorig en het ontbijt valt erg tegen geen bruine bollen werd ook niet aangevuld. Vleeswaren was uitgedroogd.

Goede locatie voor een weekend Münster. Bedden waren prima

Cons:

Badkamer, normaal douchen zorgt voor een zeiknatte badkamer.
Twee kamers geboekt, 1 kamer mega 1 kamer normaal. Wat rumoer van de straat.

Würde ich vermutlich wieder machen.
Pros:

Direkt am Bahnhof und damit keine langen Fußwege. Sehr großes Zimmer.

Cons:

Durch die Nähe zum Bahnhof natürlich nicht ganz so leise, wie in einem anderen Hotel.

Schrecklicher Aufenthalt – vor allem wegen des unprofessionellen Verhaltens an der Rezeption. Nie wieder!

Die Unterkunft an sich ist sehr sauber.

Cons:

Allerdings sind die Fenster nicht ausreichend abgedichtet, sodass der Lärm vom Hauptbahnhof deutlich hörbar ist.
An der Rezeption saß ein korpulenter Mann mit Brille, der auf eine einfache Nachfrage äußerst unfreundlich reagierte und völlig unangemessen ausfallend wurde. Offenbar fühlte er sich bereits durch eine kleine zusätzliche Aufgabe (das Zusammenheften von zwei Blättern) überfordert und gestört.
Gerade im Hotelgewerbe sollte Freundlichkeit und Professionalität selbstverständlich sein, da sie ein Ausdruck von Wertschätzung gegenüber den Gästen sind. Leider habe ich dies hier nicht Weise erlebt. Ein derart unangemessenes Verhalten ist absolut nicht akzeptabel. Auf eine einfache Frage so überzureagieren, ist unverständlich. Wer im direkten Kundenkontakt arbeitet, sollte auch in stressigen Situationen ruhig und respektvoll bleiben. Wenn der Umgang mit Gästen offensichtlich zur Belastung wird, sollte man grundsätzlich hinterfragen, ob diese Tätigkeit die richtige ist. Freundlichkeit, Geduld und ein professionelles Auftreten sind in der Hotellerie keine Option, sondern Voraussetzung. In diesem Fall wäre eine entsprechende Schulung im Umgang mit Kunden dringend empfehlenswert.

Aus diesem Grund werde ich dieses Hotel in Zukunft nicht mehr buchen und auch nicht weiter empfehlen.
