Cons:

The whole room was stinking. They say balcony with sea view (obviously I wasn’t excepting sea but maybe a lake or water body) which is just a building in front.
There was a seepage in all the rooms and while asking for fresh ones they simply said “ sir humne kaafi try kiya but wo fix hi nae hota to aise hi hain saare rooms” that’s just pathetic, it was more like a Oyo room which should cost 200-300 max. There was leak in the washroom and running water on the floor all the time so you need to very careful while entering the washroom.

Excellent hospitality provided by Hotel royal Square and felt good excellent staff and one of the best place to stay in Gandhinagar. Friendly, accommodating staff, willing to help with a smile. Facilities, were renovated and good looking rooms.

The photos on Booking.com are highly misleading and do not reflect the true condition of the property. The rooms were poorly ventilated, the ambience was dull and uninviting, and cleanliness left much to be desired.
While some staff tried to be courteous, overall service lacked professionalism. The experience fell well below expectations."
