Pacific Palms weekend
Pros:

Close to the pool and lake. Really helpful staff. Someone was parked in my space and no parking was available so I was delayed unpacking and missed an event I was planning to attend. The office staff came down to find out who had put their trailer in my space and kindly asked them to move. They did not move for a long time . It was not the fault of the staff.
Good value for 2 separate bedrooms.

Cons:

The microwave was filthy inside. The rest of the cabin was very clean .
The lighting was a bit grim and the artwork made it look faded and sad.
The cupboards with crockery were too high to reach without standing on our eskie . This is a risk.
There were lipstick traces on the wine glass.
The fridge was missing parts and did not have a holder to keep bottles and milk cartons standing .

The pictures of the reservation didn't match the booking I paid extra to have a view of the lake and there is definitely no lake view also parking facilities aren't very well thought out

Convenient for what I needed, the cabin I moved to was really clean and comfortable.
Pros:

At my request I was moved to a nicer cabin nearer to the lake. I appreciate that the office manager took her time to make sure I was comfortable and in the type of cabin that I had booked. The breeze from the lake was lovely and the section I moved to was quieter and shady.

Cons:

I booked a studio cabin but was given a one bedroom cabin that was really outdated and a little shabby to be honest. It was in the long term resident area at the road end of the park away from the lake. The pictures on my booking showed a neat and tidy newer looking cabin.
