Pros:

Awesome room cleanliness and hygiene.
Host was very warm and welcoming.
Very good room comfort.

Cons:

The road to stay location is very narrow from main road.
Very tricky when u drive with your car.
Only one car can pass on the road from main road.
However that distance is very less.

Everything just as good as the listing says. Highly recommend.
Pros:

This is the best stay I have had from booking.com in India. It was exactly as promised. Clean.. Comfortable. They even sent a video to show the taxi driver as it is a bit hard to find. I wish I didn't have to leave. They let me check out late and even gave me a complementary, delicious breakfast.

Cons:

That I couldn't stay there for my whole time in Calicut.

Pros:

Very well-maintained and clean establishment. Location is decent as well, but it's inside a narrow road that needs some navigation skills. The staff is first class and takes very good care of you. The breakfast is exceptional and highly recommended. Don't miss it :-)

Yogis Inn, Deluxe , has excellent homemade food
Pros:

Hospitality, especially food. Homely food with the spice level for all ages. Both Sujeesh and Rafiq are ready to support you throughout the stay. Rafiq and family will treat you like a special guest. Highly recommended.

Cons:

Nothing at all. Felt it like a narrow way, but it was easy for my innova to get there. Challenge someone to find something you’d not like there.

Lovely place with incredible staff!
Pros:

A lovely, quiet location that is very near downtown. Rafeek and the rest of the staff were so wonderful and helpful. Most caring staff I’ve had anywhere! Good value for the price.

Cons:

It’s not really something bad about the property, but it’s important to know it’s more of a guest house/homestay than a hotel, so adjust expectations accordingly.

Loved it would return here!!
Pros:

The staff were very hospitable and went out of their way to accommodate. The food was simply amazing. Rafeeq’s sister cooks very well. We enjoyed dinner and breakfast. Rooms were well maintained clean and crisp!

Cons:

Difficult to find place but Rafeeq came immediately and escorted us so it was perfect!! Very obliging people I loved our one night stay.

Peace and quiet in central location
Pros:

Clean room and modern bathroom with good bedding and towels. Location is quiet but easy to walk to main road for tuk tuk. Also near a great cinema in the shopping centre and 4th Restaurant that's open 24 hours for tea, juice and snacks.

Quite a big and clean room. No disturbances whatsoever. Was very lenient about the checkout time.

Cons:

There is nothing that I disliked. There was some confusion about the road to the place. But, Sujeesh sent his staff to guide us to the property.

Pros:

We had an amazing stay at Yogis inn , which was a well maintained and neat room, at a short auto ride's distance away from the beach. The host was warm and welcoming. They also arranged delicious food on request. The courteous behaviour of the manager makes up for the difficulties of the narrow road in the last 100 metres to the stay.
