Beautiful, stylish hotel in an excellent location, with superb facilities and amenities
Pros:

This was our favourite hotel in Japan - beautiful, clean room, fantastic location in Kyoto, amazing lounge with complimentary snacks and drinks, and for a fantastic price too. Staff were wonderful and welcoming at all times too.

Het was een klein hotel, erg rustig. Bed te hard. Airco niet goed te regelen, personeel kon niet helpen. Geen waterflessen in de kamer. Wel complementary bar in de avond(beperkt). Er zat niemand in de bar. Wasmachine Y100 voor 2 uren, maar werd geblokkeerd door andere hotelgasten die hun was niet eruit haalden. Hotel deed hier niets aan.

何気ない心遣いが嬉しいホテル
Pros:

小さなホテルできめ細かく対応していただきました。
2回目の利用へのお礼のメッセージが部屋に置いてあったり、祇園祭の交通規制で宅配便が回収で着なかった時に近くの営業所を調べてくださったり、何気ない心遣いが嬉しかったです。

Cons:

特にありません。チェックインした後は外で食事したりして意外とラウンジ利用しないので、暑いこの時期はチェックイン前に利用できるといいなと思いました。
