New, modern, clean, good size room, friendly staff, good location in a bit quite area but walkable to the city centre

Cons:

The mattress was so hard, plus it wasn’t a queen bed but two singles pushed together and the border of the two mattresses was a hard ridge and really uncomfortable. I did not sleep well.

Not worth the money or the worry

The room it was very small the bed, bed sheets, pillows was excellent, great shower, staff spoke very limited English but all extremely nice and willing, but there is something that all must know. The EXIT door on our floor was locked. There was a earthquake while we there and we were not able to go down through the stairs. We were shocked! More shock was when we complaint and the answer was if there is an emergency the doors will open so we asked there is no guaranty right ? The answer was in this case we have keys. I didn’t sleep all night long worried. Not a pleasant experience.

Best hotel stay of my life
Pros:

Absolute best hotel I've stayed at. Great location, staff were very kind and hospitable, and most importantly the room was really nice, considering the price. The bathroom was impeccable

Very new property. Could get alcohol, tea and coffee in the lounge without charge.

Noisy fan in bathroom ran all night. Maybe just didn’t know how to turn off!

小さなホテルだけど センスが良く清潔、快適な滞在が出来ます
