Horrible experience, the check in was a nightmare, the room was smelly bathrooms has mold everywhere. The aircon wasn’t working.

We stayed on the second floor. The elevator was very old. Nothing looked like the pictures online. The photos must have been taken when the hotel was first built. Not recent at all. The room was in terrible condition. The door lock was weak. Everything was in poor shape. Especially the toilet. The water didn’t run during our stay. This hotel is to be avoided at all cost. I requested a refund. The hotel refused to reimburse me

Bad smell, no staff was there to accommodate

This is one of the worst places where I have ever stayed. There is never anyone at Reception. I found out after arrival that it is supposed to be a totally automated process! I tried to call the phone number and it did not work. I did not receive any instructions on how to check in. The driver from Bolt was finally able to contact someone and was told that the key was in a locker and then I was told the combination to the locker. This was after I waited 30 minutes. The bed was so hard it was like sleeping on the floor. There was no Kettle in the room. The next morning there was still no one at Reception. It turns out that there is NEVER anyone at Reception. This was one of the worst experiences that I have had in my 8 years in Thailand!

The management system is very bad. There is no staff at the counter during the day. At night, there is only one staff.
AC is not cool. The water pipes smell. There is little furniture. There is no mirror for makeup. There is no tissue for the bathroom and drinking water for guests because the staff said that it was out of stock and did not deliver it.
There is not enough parking. At night, if you come back late, there is no parking. The central staff cannot help. They told you to pay for parking and to park at a gas station, which is very bad.
The bathroom is stained. The entire sink tile is broken. If you are not careful when walking, you will definitely have an accident.
The towels smell, they are not clean. I stayed for three nights and only came to make the bed without changing the bedsheet.
The noise all night. The bedroom’s aren’t properly isolate we can permanently hearing the doors open & closed & the noise of the key cards door.
