We had a wonderful stay at Pansion Stari Grad in Sarajevo. The location is amazing, right in the heart of the city, making it very easy to explore everything on foot.
There is also an on-site parking option, which requires an additional fee, but it is definitely worth it for the convenience, especially in such a central area.
The staff were incredibly nice, helpful, and always welcoming with a smile, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was good and offered a nice start to the day.
Our room was spacious and very clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment throughout our stay.
Really close to Bascarsija, countless shops, cafes and restaurants. Clean room and rather spacious room. Mostly decent buffet breakfast.
Breakfast area at the reception is small and not quite comfortable. Scrambled eggs were completely cold. Payments only in cash.

Location
I’ve stayed in many hotels across different countries, and this was definitely the worst. There were men’s hairs on the bed sheets. There is air conditioning in the room, but there’s no remote so it doesn’t work, and the heating isn’t on either. When you tell the staff, they turn it on, but in the evening the rooms get cold again. I didn’t receive much attention or care. These are things that should be anticipated and provided as part of the service without guests having to point them out.
Está en el centro de todo, mejor ubicación imposible! Nos reservaron una plaza de parking, porque aparcar en el centro es imposible. El desayuno genial, todo estaba muy bueno.
Incredibly friendly and helpful. The scenery from the room was beautiful. Very comfortable beds and refreshing shower. Definitely recommend !

The location is perfect for visiting the old city.The room was clean. I didn't have much contact with the personnel but they were polite and spoke english and (at least one lady) german.
The building like most of the buildings in the area,is old. It was not built as a hostel and it is immediately noticeable. The sound of plumping in the still of the night is not the best company. I don't believe there is a way to be solved though.
