Pros:

It was a bad experience. They changed our room type from Sea View to City View, claiming they upgraded us to a suite. The sea view was our main concern; we didn't want the suite because it was only for one night and we wanted to enjoy the sea in the morning. However, we were told that all the rooms were occupied and they couldn't return us to our original room. They tried to negotiate with promises of a refund of the all payments , but more than a month has passed and nothing has been returned. We contacted the who is responsible there multiple times, and she always promised compensation, but nothing has been done yet.
