The music is too loud during our sleeping time

Golf cart service to the Yacht Club
The top roof is not convenient as is too much noise and I believe it is over the allowed level. I couldn’t utilize it.
Great facility and very modern interiors ,
they need to pay more attention to preferences .. out check in was delayed by 2 hours due to room not being ready ! Asking for the room after 2 hours time became a favor as well

We stayed for a girls’ night to celebrate my best friend’s birthday, and everything from start to finish was beyond amazing. A special thank you to Dana Alaqeel at reception, who surprised us with a complimentary upgrade to a beautiful suite and invited us to the restaurant while we waited, such a thoughtful touch.
The team went above and beyond to help me plan every little birthday detail. From coordinating everything smoothly to making special requests happen, they truly made the celebration feel effortless. I even asked the chef to write “Happy Birthday” on the pancakes at breakfast, and they delivered it perfectly, along with a complimentary mini birthday cake, which made the moment even more special.
The staff were incredibly attentive, warm, and genuinely caring. The whole experience felt personal, elevated, and unforgettable.
I would come back every single time, highly recommend!
