Pros:

The hotel building was awesome! Wooden hallways, rooms and a lounge, a very nice and memorable experience in that regard. The bathroom upgraded and very modern. The onsen was also quite large considering the amount of rooms, I never met anyone else there.

Cons:

Unfortunately the hotel is understaffed, only 50/50 chance of someone sitting by the front desk to handle inquiries. When I arrived no one was there, I tried calling the number on the sign but no one answered. Luckily someone showed up after 5 minutes though, but I got a little worried for a while.

建物もロケーションも素晴らしく、露天風呂やレストランも趣があり…スタッフの方々も親切で最高の思い出になりました。

昔の建物なので装飾性からか…段差はおおいかもしれません。建物は素晴らしかったです。

Der alte Stil der Zimmer war sehr schön, das Frühstück hervorragend, die langen Öffnungszeiten des Onsen ebenfalls praktisch.

Cons:

Das Außenbecken des Onsen (Männer) war nicht gefüllt. Wir konnten unsere Fenster nicht öffnen (sie waren abgeklebt).

Very quiet and lots of space with a small garden and outdoor door Onsen was great. Good value for money. Staff are fabulous, even posted on my earbuds when I left them behind.

Cons:

Beautiful dining space though a great opportunity for more dining options, currently limited to a very basic, set menu breakfast and dinner. As an old tea house has the opportunity to provide more.

Pros:

La beauté du bâtiment ancien sur les hauteurs avec une vue dégagée. La grande chambre traditionnelle. Et le Onsen très relaxant

Peut être que l'accueil devrait être plus personnalisé et que certaines personnes devraient un minimum parler une langue étrangère.
Dommage qu'on ne puisse pas avoir un petit déjeuner sur place
