Pros:

Beautiful hotel and help staff. Wish I had longer to stay in this excellent place. The building is nicely renovated and has a wonderfully designed entrance. Felt like I was almost the only guest staying here, it was so quiet and peaceful. Love the location close the Shirahama beach and a short drive to Nachi Falls.

Best hotel ever
Pros:

This is the best hotel I’ve stayed in during my trip in Japan. Exceptional. Incredible room, beautiful, private onsen, it was absolutely amazing I wanna live there and go back for a longer period. Beautiful.

Beautiful place to stay.
Pros:

Unreal hotel. Beautiful, quiet, high quality and rooms are huge. Private onsen was a surprise as was the outdoor shower. The room was 2x the size of my tokyo apartment... Main restuarant area was just a 5 min walk away.

Cons:

Nothing. Although it's a little hilly around the area so not great for pushchairs, mobility issues or lots of luggage.

Pros:

个人院子的private 溫泉。如果去到白濱跟我一樣碰到下雨， 那就住這，聽著外面的雨聲。。享受自己房內的溫泉。。早餐真的精緻也很棒

Cons:

位在小山坡上若無開車帶行李會蠻辛苦的，若搭公車在旭之丘下走五分鐘會到。但晚上出門超可怕一路下山路燈太少。。。但下山後附近有24小時超市

暖かい季節に又行きたい。

食事（朝食）がよかったです。
美味しかったです。

お風呂の湯船以外、洗い場、脱衣所が寒かったです。
お部屋の寝具の掛け布団が薄くて、寒かったです。

Pros:

テラス付きの部屋で風情があってよかった。

Cons:

部屋にお風呂が付いていて良かったが、硫黄が溜まるのか、次の日に入ると底が黒かったので、黒い物の対処の仕方を伝えて欲しかった。
女性用のお風呂のシャンプーなどが汚れていて、使うのに抵抗があった。また、床も汚れてる感じがして、なんとなく気持ち悪かった。
