Property Owner Amazing! If ever in the area again, we will be back!
Very nice property! We arrived ard 5 pm and no one was at the property and door was locked. After calling the number several times the owner answered and gave us a pass code to unlock the door. Never met/saw owner. Breakfast was pretty light. No hot food.
We were the only ones on the property - doors only had a slider type lock. Electric Heaters were small and took a long time to heat the room.
Owner is very attentive and passionate about the property. Beautiful home with tons of character! Great location for the James Dean Festival in Fairmount.

Very nicely preserved and restored home with unique furnishings. The host was very friendly and accommodating. He went out of his way to make our late arrival easy and to make us feel welcome.
Maurizio is a welcoming host. The house is fascinating, and while the restoration is still a work in progress, the rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast was more than ample

No issues whatsoever.
First of all, the home was amazing…huge and fully furnished with many antiques and period pieces that made you feel like you were stepping back in time. Clean and well appointed with everything we needed. The surrounding neighborhood is less than desirable but we felt safe on the property and in our room. Mauricio was extremely hospitable and we will be staying there again the next time we are in the area.

Large bedroom uniquely furnished, lots of free on-site parking
Minimal continental breakfast, proprietor on-site infrequently. Bathroom described as private was off a common-use area instead of attached to the bedroom. Croissants were moldy first morning. Bedroom door very hard to open due to scraping floor, no way to lock bedroom from outside, train passes by at midnight.
The owners were always available for anything we needed.

The breakfast was a bit better than a Continental style breakfast. The property is really charming. The actual house is beautiful inside and decorated very well. The rooms are beautiful. The gentleman and gentlewoman of the house are charming and 100% dedicated to the customer's experience.
One drawback that was due to the fact that this venue is very authentic was the Victorians were not well known for their temperature and climate control that us more modern folk have come accustom to. The rooms do have heating/cooling units but it did take some time to get the room to a more comfortable level. I probably should have asked to have that turned on before we arrived.
