Would not recommend this. It’s not a safe building
Pros:

The staff communicated well when I made complaints about the power and dirty bedding. Yet they did not apologise or offer refund or compensation.

Cons:

It’s poorly built with years of adding on rooms, to navigate to my room or the pool or reception is tricky with steep staircases. Like a labyrinth. Broken window , power kept going out so it was very hot . It was pitch black in the hallway and difficult to open the door. Not very safe. No fan or mosquito netting . Dirty bedsheet as shown. No tea or coffee making facilities. Swimming pool was filthy. They cleaned it the next day.

Nice stay.
Pros:

Jungle view. Nice, big and clean room.

Cons:

Lot of noise because of the constructions next. Hole without window in the bathroom, not closing balcony door, so we had a lot of insects and lizards. Swimming pool wasn’t clean.

The swimming pool with view was beautiful

Cons:

When booking we were not advised that there is construction happening next to the villa from 6:00am until 22:00pm in the evening which really interfered with our stay. The beds were not comfortable, the floors very squeaky. The shower pressure was good but half was through a shower the water would get cold. When contacting Made Punias Jungle number that is situated on bookings.com (during our stay) we would just get blue ticked and no response leading my guests to walk down the numerous number of stairs to go and fetch what we needed. Upon approaching the manager (on the bookings.com number) we were simply responded with “there is another number on the menu to use” but when asking the assistants upon arrive they said they number we had was correct and can be used for any communication.

Definitely will not be returning to Made Punias Jungle again. Had a terrible experience for my stay in Ubud.

In the middle of rice filds, morning wake up with jungle sounds,

Cons:

After 12:00 o’clock pool is in shadow
Unfortunately we couldn’t enjoy stay there because was so big and noisy construction on the side( they building big hotel, a lot of machines from 8:00
