The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful with directions to/from the property and allowing me to stay in the bar area until I went to the bus station in the evening.
The room was basic (ie basic bathroom, wardrobe, tv, no desk) and was in the process of being cleaned when I arrived, but then this could be reflected in the 'budget' cost I paid for the accommodation.
The food was good
They stole my money that was hidden in my bag when I left for the business meeting. It was $120usd and they only reimbursed $50 and refused to cooperate. Tried calling the police, but they never took any action. I had to move out before the days I was supposed to check out because I felt unsafe to stay at their place. I would not recommend that anyone stay at that place.
The staffs are very wellbehaved, cooperative and friendly. I enjoyed their company a lot.
There was no dustbin inside the room, which should be added.

Very nice place and friendly staff. Easy to access from the bus station by walking. The restaurant offers good food and drinks. A credit card is accepted even if it isn't listed here.
Staff were very friendly and always happy to help. Location is great, you're right in town and there's almost no noise from the road. The hotel was good value for money in my experience.
