Good location and clean room
The location certainly met my needs. Very central to what I was travelling to this area for. The room was pleasant, nice having a balcony to sit and watch the passing trade. Modern and clean
The bed was not at all comfortable - too hard. If the owner can get a new mattress, or even a mattress topper it would be perfect. Also, there was no coffee sachets available, so I had to go up to the shops and buy some.

The studio was a great location, staff communicated checking in and checking out well. The restaurants around were greatly convenient (shoutout to charcha a Lebanese shop with their amazing chicken, chips and salad and generous portion sizes, I recommend).
Although it is a great location the parking situation was difficult. outside on the main road is 1hr and the parking behind the building is 4hrs. That made it difficult to go out and enjoy the day knowing I would have to move my car that frequently. It was detailed thats its a relatively small apartment which is fine however the small sink space under the mirror meant you couldn't actually wash your face/brush teeth properly without basically being half over the floor.
Location is great, handy for shops and train station
The studio was clean and as described. We like the firm mattress. Walking distance to train station. In a very good location.
Near the train station with supermarkets nearby. Quiet neighborhood that generally felt safe. Room comes with all amenities described including washer and dryer.
While everything else was decent, I had to exterminate a full grown cockroach* that was crawling around my mattress. There were also a lot of annoying small flies, possibly because the door to the balcony was left open when I arrived. No matter how clean you keep your own room, it’s hard to keep away pests if others in the building are not. *I was lucky to literally see this roach exit from under the door of the room next door and into mine as i was fumbling for my keys to open my door. Otherwise i would have been in for an unwanted surprise the next morning.

The bed was exceptionally hard as were the pillows. We had to go and get a soft foam to put over the mattress. Very small bathroom.

No chairs for balcony, limited cutlery, crockery and glasses ( only one knife other than sharp knives, only one small plate and no wine glasses)
La comunicación con la propiedad fue fluida e intentó facilitar y ayudar en todo, incluso pudimos dejar las mochilas en un trastero el día del check out. La ubicación a pesar de estar lejos del centro de Sydney es magnífica por tener transporte público frecuente cercano y muchos establecimientos de comida y supermercados.
La limpieza es mejorable, a pesar de que el precio del apartamento incluye 100 AUD para limpieza. Falta de mobiliario para poder utilizar la terraza. El apartamento 4 está justo al lado de la puerta del garaje, por lo que se escucha el motor y la puerta cada vez que se utiliza.

No natural light or windows
Room was very small - I could sit on the toilet and touch the bed
Bathroom/toilet was very small - had to leave the door open to use the toilet
There were no cleaning products or instructions to use the washer/dryer
Bed was very hard
Aircon/Heating was too loud to stay on while sleeping
