Carina is good but others staff refused me for extra pillow I even mentioned before booking i need extra pillows and food is little expensive and quantity is very less

Overall a good stay.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent. Veg Food was piping hot and delicious.

Cons:

Rooms were chilly without heaters. We paid extra for the heaters which helped warming of rooms

Stay if you don't have a better place.
Pros:

What I liked is the fact that it was the only one available on the day of Bryan Adams concert.
The room is spacious, bathroom is clean, sheets are clean. Hot water geyser works.
Staff and room service is prompt.

Cons:

The place is outside of shillong town and it takes 45 mins to go to City nothing else nearby.
Room needs fresh paint and cleaning. My room was in second floor and no lift.
Food is average. Tea was good.

Not worth the price.
Pros:

Good staff but room was not upto the price mark..

Cons:

Didn't like the bed , was not that clean and comfortable and the price which we paid wasn't worth the stay.
