Comfort
Amazing water activities, great food, awesome atmosphere for the entire family's enjoyment!
Loved it
The experience is fun for kids, so to see them happy is what it’s all about. A 3 star on cleanliness because the hallway floors look filthy…like if I dropped my hat on the floor, I would want to spray it with disinfectant before putting it back on my head.
Great Wolf Lodge was great overall! Me and the family had an excellent time and will definitely be back.
It would be nice if there is more dinning options
It’s quite and clean.
Overall, the lodge was great but very costly. It had great entertainment for the kids, but not much for the adults accept for the WaterPark. I enjoyed the getaway and the entertainment that the staff did with the guests. Parking was great but a cost, too.
It was an amazing service and my kids love the water park!
When we arrived, the room we were given was in a disgustingly poor condition — dirty and completely unacceptable. I brought this issue to the front desk, and Joy assured me that, to make up for the inconvenience, our family would be complimented with the attached deluxe room as an upgrade. I appreciated the gesture and expected the matter to be resolved.
However, shortly after, another staff member came to our room and abruptly told us we needed to vacate immediately because the room was “coded.” She offered no explanation for what that meant, only that we had to leave right away. During this interaction, I was also accused of lying — not about the state of the room, but about being told we were being offered the deluxe room. Being called dishonest in front of my children, when I was simply relaying what I had been told by your own staff, was offensive and humiliating.
At around 7:00 p.m., I had to pack up and relocate all of my children — including my child who is medically fragile and dependent on a feeding tube — to another room. The timing of this disruption caused us to miss the Waterpark and the evening activities we had looked forward to. The physical and emotional strain it caused was completely unnecessary.
To make matters worse, I was later charged twice for parking and faced additional unexplained fees, despite already paying nearly $800 through Expedia. The customer service we experienced throughout the stay was dismissive and unprofessional.
Good stay
Awesome activity such as slides for the kids in the pool area, kids had a blast.
Second time returning to Great Wolf Lodge. Quick check in at kiosk with staff to help. They also have a front desk to check in the regular way if you want. I cannot say enough about the staff in every single area as they are amazing! The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable and there is so much to do!
The water park is lots of fun and they provide towels to borrow. The Magical quest is fun for the whole family! It is very interactive and my grandchildren spoke with other kids to get assistance or discuss where different parts of the quest were located. They also have story time, craft time, dance party and characters which come out to see the children.
There is a Wawa close by to get snacks and food if you want to get gas and different food. Also, they have an EV charging place at the casino close by if you need that.
I highly recommend the Great Wolf Lodge!
Giving this four stars only because my kids absolutely LOVE the place, but as previous reviewers mentioned, the facilities are not 500 a night standard at all. Bedding was stained and had extra lint dust on the bed. Had to call for more linens, dents in the furniture. We paid 300 for a cabana, tv didn’t work, safe didn’t work, service was slow. We were not happy! But our kids were
It was amazing, coming back next week
We stayed over a holiday week and had a great time.
Very expensive they Charge for everything including down to the second with getting a drink! Besides that nice place the kids love it and all the staff we interacted with were very friendly!
I enjoyed the trip because my kids did, but we will NEVER stay here again. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite, the amount of dust on the headboards was unreal. I truly think that they haven't been cleaned since the place opened, and it was like that in both bedrooms. They have self check in kiosks, but they only work if you use the same card that you reserve the room with. I always reserve the room using my CC and then pay with my debit card on arrival. They attempted to charge my card the morning of check in despite the site saying we would not be charged until we arrived. I think it's absurd that there is an additional fee for parking, especially considering the cost of the rooms. The food in the lodge was ridiculously overpriced, so we ventured out each night for food. There is a Wawa super close, so that was really convenient. The Dunkin is understaffed and extremely busy, my mom waited 30 minutes for bagel bites and then was told they were out of stock and asked if she wanted something else. Nobody reached out to her to let her know they were out. Customer service on the phone has been rude multiple times when I called for clarification on the charges as I NEVER received a final bill despite being told multiple times that I would receive one. There was an additional charge for $63.60, I was told it was reversed, but the money never went back to my account. Asked for a manager to call and have yet to hear back. Don't waste your money here.
Not my favorite Great Wolf. Williamsburg is preferred. At check in for a party of 6, with purchasing the wolf pack, I only got two wrist bands at check in for the adults. Atendee forgot to give me bands for my kids and the wolf pass so I had to go back and wait in line again to get them. I called the front desk for extra pillows and they didn’t answer so I had to go down in person. This Great Wolf is very large in terms of number of rooms but the play area seems more condensed and is much more crowded. The lobby/main area is very loud. All three of my kids and myself slipped and almost fell walking into the wave pool. We also had an issue with the WiFi in our room not being strong enough to watch Netflix. Overall it’s super fun for the kids, clean, and a nice place to stay.
Excellent time for the kids plenty for them to do waterpark shut down at 730 that part was not good besides that everything was great.
