Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal. Tolle Unterkunft mit Fitnessstudio neben an , es ist im Preis inbegriffen. Wir hatten leider eine Überflutung und mussten das Hotel wechseln. Es wurde alles wunderbar und unkompliziert für uns organisiert. Ein riesen Lob an das Personal.

Cons:

Was uns im ersten Moment gefehlt hat war ein Moskitonetz. Könnte man leicht nachrüsten.

Great fitness centre next door
Pros:

Free entry to the gym next door which is perfect for our travel. It is a well equipped gym.

Cons:

The AC was broken so we need to change room and the new room was noisy because of construction next door.
The tree outside the room blocking all the sunlight.

For me was the biggest benefit was close distance to Xeno fitness that was included in hotel’s price and free coworking centrum that’s part of the fitness too.

Good staff but quality of the rooms needs improvement.

Low quality bedding, and the room walls are a bit thin, can hear neighbors talking. AC couldn’t get the room properly cold

Perfect stay in Kuta
Pros:

We had an amazing 3 week stay at Reset! Everything was perfect - room, staff, pool, proximity of restaurants, Xenofit and padel courts. Lots of options for breakfast so we didn't get bored and also many restaurants near by. Wifi was also very good (~50mbps in our room).

Lovely staff, relaxing vibes and amazing massage.
Pros:

Comfortable stay. All the staff were amazing, from the front desk to the housekeeping team, everyone was friendly and helpful. The in house body scrub & masseuse Ani was incredible, one of the best massage experiences I’ve had.

Cons:

The breakfast area mixes bacon with other food, which isn’t very Muslim friendly. However, we chose smoothies bowls during our stay, so it was still fine for us.

Wunderschöne Poolanlage, grosse Zimmer.
Pros:

Sehr gemütliche Poolanlage, nettes Personal, die Zimmergröße ist super und es ist sauber, das Frühstück ist sehr lecker, Massagen sind super und werden im eigenem Zimmer durchgeführt und die Lage ist nur dann top, wenn man einen Roller hat.

Cons:

Das Zimmer hatte einen unangenehmen Geruch und die Bettwäsche war nicht ganz sauber. Für mich persönlich wirkte das Zimmer eher nicht sehr heimelig. Beim Frühstück gibt es jeden Morgen die gleichen Früchte, auch der Fruchtsaft ist sehr eintönig – nach drei Tagen wird es langweilig. Da wir seit einem Monat unterwegs sind und viele Unterkünfte gesehen haben, empfinden wir das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hier als etwas zu hoch.
