1/ Thông tin ban đầu trên booking là homestay có căn hộ nguyên căn có nhiều phòng ngủ nên mình đã book cho nhóm mình. Nhóm mình book 18 người thì trên booking phân đủ về các phòng 17 người và 1 người ngủ sofabed ở phòng khách. Tuy nhiên khi đến nơi thì lại là các phòng riêng lẻ, trong đó có 1 phòng còn thiếu 1 giường. Hỏi chủ homestay là cái sofabed chỗ nào thì họ bảo nằm ở khu vực sảnh (kiêm phòng ăn). Yêu cầu chủ thêm giường cho phòng bị thiếu giường thì ko thấy mang ra thêm, tận 11h đêm khi cả đoàn đi ngủ rồi thì mới gọi điện hỏi cần thêm giường không. Trao đổi với chủ homestay thì họ bảo trên booking để thông tin vậy là do booking, max lượng người của họ chỉ có 16 người, còn đoàn có đi đông thêm (thậm chí 20-30 người) thì tự phân phối chỗ ngủ.
2/ Nhóm mình đến homestay vào buổi tối, trong cơn mưa tầm tã và nhóm đang khá lạnh, cần được về phòng để thay đồ tắm rửa tránh bị cảm lạnh. Tuy nhiên người phụ trách chỉ chăm chăm vào việc sợ nhóm mình làm ướt phòng mà yêu cầu nhóm thay đồ ngoài sảnh rồi mới làm thủ tục và chia phòng.
3/ Đồ ăn ít so với giá cả. Vd: Đĩa trứng chiên gọi thêm được 3-4 quả và giá 100k/ đĩa.
Đồ ăn sáng (kèm trong giá booking) là tô phở nấu từ thịt gà dư tối hôm trước của đoàn, nên ít thịt toàn bánh phở. Gọi thêm tô nữa để ăn thêm thì tính 40k/ tô và cũng không khác gì tô kèm.

Picit messze van a belvárostól, de ezt tudtuk előre. Gyönyörű helyen van.

Staying at homestay is best way to experience local lifestyle. Mr. Duy and his family helped us a lot on suggesting and booking daily activities. He also has a car which he provides drop-offs and pick-ups. Find few views in below vid :-

The lunch/dinner is provided in different but walkable. The toiletries provided could be better. Soap wasn't provided.

The view of the mountains.
The place is not so clean.
Everything! The mountain view was sooo pretty. The service from the staff is also good. They're friendly. We don't have to turn on the AC as it's already cold enough there. Btw, the room we stayed was not the room that we chosen initially. They've informed us earlier that there some issues happened for the room that we book thus they change it to another room. Thumbs up for telling us earlier 👍

We liked the view since it is located in front of the rice fields as seen in pictures.
First of all the receptionist doesn't speak a word in English. Second we found the door and the windows of our room wide open, full of mosquitos... Then we noticed a lizard in our room. The towels were not clean and not even the bedsheets. Not to mention the cobwebs around the bed and the ants. The day after we told him to keep all doors and windows shut after cleaning. Guess what? All windows were again open. This time we found 3 bees, apart from the mosquitos and the ants which were present all around... He did not provide any new towels, nor soap. And he wasn't present at the reception. Luckily we had a beach towel and our own soap... To cut the story short we decided to check out earlier and to find another stay. When we wrote to him the complaints (using google translate) He just said "okay" and didn't even apologize. We were really disappointed because we paid for the most expensive room in order to be comfortable after 3 day trekking. To avoid!!!!
Eigenaar is zeer behulpzaam en de pick-up service vanuit het centrum was voor ons ideaal na een nachtbus uit Ha Giang.

Kamer is her en der aan wat vernieuwing toe. En het bed was erg hard naar onze mening.

Mr Duy was very helpful and accommodating. The hillside homestay was dirty with a very hard bed and when we expressed this, he made every effort to help us, ultimately transferring us to their cleaner hotel in Sapa town. We'd recommend their hotel in Sapa, and if you don't mind a more rustic experience, then this hillside homestay would be fine as well.
The homestay view is breathtaking. The owner and the staff were helpful and kind. The homestay provides rented bikes and easy access to bus station. The homestay is 20min downtown from central SaPa and it's worth the stay. The rooms had beautiful view of the SaPa terrain. Recommend to stay at this exceptional homestay
