good location, reasonable price
Pros:

all good, great location walking distance from Tokyo station. Room was quite small, however that was something that we have expected, so it's not lowering the score. Very friendly personnel, check-in & check-out without any problems and we have received a nice little gift for our baby

Cons:

room itself is quite small, so if you are a tall person and travelling in pair and/or with child, the comfort level might not be top of the top, however as we were expecting that, that was not a huge disadvantage for us

Great stay, excellent location. The room is incredibly compact, but fully featured.
Pros:

Great breakfast, easy to get to, good menu options.

Cons:

Check in time could be relaxed a little. Lots of guests waiting until 3pm….Then the staff were over-busy with everyone checking in at the same time. The reception space is very small, so if rooms are available, the hotel should relax this rule and let some of the guests check in earlier. It would look a lot better, and not be so chaotic at 3pm with everyone checking in at the same time. If the room is ready, let the guest check in! What difference does it make if it is 2pm or 3pm???
