Affordable hotel in Tokyo with amazing location
Pros:

The cleanliness and location is awesome. The staff is very friendly and the hotel is setup for express check in and check out. They have coin laundry & drier facility.

Cons:

There is only one elevator, this is a huge disadvantage especially at peak hours. Also, the room is super small. Honestly, this didn't represent an issue for us because we were traveling with very light luggage; however, this is something to be considered if you are booking this hotel and are planning to come to Tokyo with oversized luggage.

Pros:

It was my first time, but staff was welcoming (lately some hotel has no staff) I felt hospitality.

Cons:

I didn't like that I had to carry humidifier. I didn't like that I had to sign that I will return some amenities.
Also, had to do something on my phone I remember?

Uitstekend
Pros:

Vrij rustige locatie ten opzichte van andere plekken in Tokyo. Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ontbijt is op een andere locatie (slechts 200 meter) waar je een keuze had uit een aantal menu. Kamer wat aan de kleine kant maar alles zat erin wat ik nodig had.

Small but mighty! APA won't let you down, excellent services and great location!
Pros:

This hotel SAVED US! We originally booked in a hotel 7 minutes away, but when we got there the walls were scratched, the room was dark and there was hair on the bed. At 9-10pm at night my partner and I rushed to look for a hotel and there was APA! We had stayed in their Osaka resort branch and were blown away with the quality, so we hoped it would be the same, and it was!

The room standards were just the same as the resort, fresh sheets, clean walls and no hairs! We managed to check in at 10pm, the price was really good as well, it was £100 cheaper than the one we originally booked, and the standards were just excellent! The bed was super comfortable, and we were given fresh towels every day! Outside the room leads to an open area where you can look outside, it was nice when you just needed some fresh air without leaving the hotel.

Staff went above and beyond they allowed us to keep our suitcases at the hotel, even after checkout. We were able to borrow an iron and ironing board and even a scale to help check the weight of our suitcases.

The location was great, just a small walk from the nearest station and super quiet, there was also a 7/11, Lawson and Family Mart all on the same street so you're not short for convenience stores!

And funny enough there was another APA a few miles away!

This hotel got us out of a bind and delivered excellent service!

We can't thank you enough and will definitely come and stay again with APA, whether it will be at this same one or even at another of their resort hotels! (The onsen's are something you can't miss out on!)

Cons:

I am definitely nit-picking here, I would say the room is a little small, so if you have a big suitcase make sure you take advantage of the under the bed storage! Their toilet seats are a little warm, perhaps I just couldn't figure out how to turn off the heat settings, and it's all about preference!

Prepare for a centralised heating unit! We were a little warm in the room and found we couldn't turn on AC but thats a minor issue as the window is right there!
