Pros:

The most we loved was the staff: so friendly and ready always ti help! For me it was very important to be also updated if my mum already checked in, if everything is ok. And guys from reception directly updated me. At the same time big thanks from my mum who stayed at the hotel, also extra mentioned how friendly people from the reception were, always helped and smily and totally nice. Thanks a lot!

Poor servic
Cons:

Didn't found the Airport Transfer. Bought a kazakh SIM then called them. After some Minutes talking without any solution the Guy on the phone hung. Then I called again suddenly the guy on the phone was pretending that he don't understands me at all. Then the Hotel cancelled my stay in the mid of the night, because I did not show up.

Идеальное место для ночевки между рейсами
Pros:

Вызвали такси из аэропорта, а потом отвезли на своей машине в аэропорт.
В номере есть тапочки, две бутылки воды, чайник, душ, зубная щетка и паста.
Оперативно отвечают по WhatsApp.
Wi-fi работает хорошо.
Отель находится в 10 минутах езды от аэропорта.
Отличное место для ночевки между рейсами.
В общем, рекомендую!

Cons:

Не хватило большого полотенца, было только маленькое.

В целом понравилось, но есть пожеланания к отелю. Хотелось бы, чтобы их учли.
Pros:

Очень понравился завтрак! Все было свежеприготовлено, вкусно!! Большое спасибо! Понравился персонал, приветливые люди, организовали трансфер из аэропорта, спасибо им за это! В целом в номерах было чисто, тапочки, халаты, полотенца, в ванной - все, что нужно. Территория красиво оформлена: елочки, качели, лавочки, рядом на территории фитнес-центра, принадлежащего отелю, также очень чисто и красиво оформленные инсталляции: юрта, колодец, телега - видно, что люди хотят. чтобы было уютно гостям.

Cons:

Не понравился запах в номерах, который исходил из санузла, неприятный запах канализации, возможно это было временное явление. Не понравилось то, что для открытия форточки с целью проветривания помещения, пришлось влезать на подоконник. Очень высоко! Узкие лестничные марши, на ступенях нет пандусов для подъема чемоданов, а у нас было 2 больших чемодана, их пришлось нести на весу. Спасибо персоналу, конечно - молодой человек, встретивший нас в аэропорту, помог хотя бы занести их до ресепшна. Не понравился шум на улице в ночное время: периодически кто-то громко разговаривал, смеялся, это мешало спать. Возможно кому-то покажется, что я придираюсь и это мелочи, но, мне почему-то кажется, что за такую стоимость, таких нюансов не должно быть. И я это пишу не для того, чтобы навредить отелю, а для того, чтобы потенциальные гости были готовы к этому.

Не ведитесь на близость к аэропорту. Найдите другой отель.

Единственный плюс - близость к аэропорту.

Cons:

Люди! Не ведитесь на то, что данный "отель" близко от аэропорта. Потратьте чуть больше времени на дорогу и чуть больше денег на другой отель (благо есть из чего выбрать).
Про номер. Ужасный запах в санузле, который разумеется, присутствует во всём номере.
Элементарно нет питьевой воды (даже маленькой бутылочки). В вечернее или ночное время топать по тёмным не освещенным закоулкам до ближайшего магазина - то ещё наслаждение...
Слышимость ужасная. Замок и ручка двери в санузел была сломана. Внутри санузла тоже весело: зеркало расположено на уровне пояса (очень "удобно"), держатель полотенец сломан, запах канализации...

A safe place that needs some improvement
Cons:

I think the place needs some attention. Despite 3 different hotspots, the wifi at the hotel was very patchy. TV was not working over our 2 day stay - we were told works are being done on it when we asked but there was no information upfront. We had 1 small towel for a double room. The bathroom toilet kept getting stuck with water - not great noise & environment wise.
