Это редкий случай, когда невозможно сказать вообще ничего плохого. Идеальное место в тихом пригороде Астаны, с множеством магазинов и аптекой в шаговой доступности. Тихий, солнечный и уютный дворик. Обалденный бассейн и тренажёрный зал, включенные в цену проживания, в доступе с раннего утра до позднего вечера. Завтрак и кофе в ресторане отеля, тоже без доплаты. Хорошие велосипеды для использования во время проживания в отеле. Бесплатный трансфер до аэропорта! Самое главное: гостеприимный и интеллигентный персолнал со знанием нескольких языков, кто искренне хочет сделать всё для вашего комфортного проживания. Работники отеля и тренажёрного зала станут вашими друзьями и поддержкой. Горничная Полина и сотрудник фитнес центра, Анатолий останутся навсегда в моём сердце, как и все остальные работники этого чудесного места, в бескрайней Великой Евразийской Степи❤

Попросили на ресепшен раньше заселить с доплатой, так как был пожилая женщина, а до заселения много времени, удовлетворили полностью просьбу и не взяли оплату, ребят - спасибо вам большое за понимание!

Good for a one night stay.
Pros:

Very close to the airport. They provided a pickup-and-drop-off service, which was included in the price of the room. The breakfast was very basic; you could choose from 4 options, and they prepared it for you, but it was tasty and sufficient. The fitness section was first class with new and professional machines. The bed was comfortable, and there was an AC in the room.

Cons:

There was no elevator, so my huge suitcase needed to be dragged to my room. In Kazakhstan, the 2nd floor is the 1st storey of the building, just sayin' ;-)

Pros:

Оперативно забрали из аэропорта, помогли поднять чемодан на третий этаж. В номере чисто, рабочий кондиционер.

Cons:

Всю ночь бегали дети по коридорам, невозможно отдохнуть, учитывая то, что у меня впереди было ещё 3 пересадки и 2,5 дня в дороге, ужасная ночь. В аэропорт надо было поехать в 6 утра, поэтому заранее в переписке согласовала ранний завтрак, но обманули, ничего вообще не предоставили.
