Pros:

Location is close to supermarket, shops and restaurants. 15 min walk to the beach.

Logement correct mais sans plus : pour dormir seulement.
Pros:

Très bien placé proche de la plage et de la quinta 15 min à pieds.
Le logement est grand avec une petite terrasse.
Parking privé et ferme pour 3 voitures seulement.

Cons:

Logement assez rustique :
Très sombre car au rdc avec terrasse dans la végétation donc sans lumière du jour
Fuites d’eau dans la salle de bain
Coupures d’électricité de plusieurs heures par jour : dans le noir une partie des soirées, aliments dans le frigo hs et impossible de charger les appareils électroniques.
Les coupures d’électricité intervenaient dans notre logement alors qu’il y avait de la lumière en face !
Obligés de garer la voiture dans la rue quand les parking est plein ( 3 voitures pour tout le bâtiment donc souvent complet).
Piscine pas top : un bouillon de culture qui ne donne pas envie de s’y baigner
L’expérience était très moyenne : à choisir seulement pour dormir.

Pouvoir garer sa voiture à l'abri, la petite piscine est sympa sur le toit

C'est un peu éloigné du centre mais au moins c'est calme, il faudrait des fils a linges sur la terrasse ce serait pratique

Such a great hotel and location.
Pros:

What a great location. Far enough from the hustle of Quinta Ave but close to some of the best restaurants in all of PDC. Also, just a 3 minute walk to a large grocery store. Check in is easy, they will provide you with codes to get in. That's another great thing, there is no keys or cards to keep track of, it's all codes to punch in.

Cons:

There is not much to complain about. The room was large enough, and the air conditioner worked great. Only thing that could have made the room just a little better would be a few more hooks to hang things like wet clothes or towels.

Great location and excellent value!
Pros:

Sparking clean. Basic, but entirely (for us) adequate/appropriate kitchen necessities. Amazingly good location within walking distance of beach, strip, shops, and restaurants. We were able to use one of the 3 free parking spots, which was essential. The rooftop pool was so cute, though we didn’t actually find the time to use it. Good water pressure, fast internet, comfy bed. Communication was rapid and check-in instructions were clear. 100% recommend (though I’d rather keep it a secret!). Thank you!

Cons:

We didn’t know/expect that someone was going to clean our room and didn’t actually want that service. The upside we can share is that our valuables were easily accessible but remained safe/untouched.

We really enjoyed our stay!
Pros:

Great video instructions for our self check-in. Nice appartement, close to the center, but still quiet. Provided a safe and free drinking water. We recommend the place!

Comfortable stay
Pros:

place was very clean, and they allowed us to store our luggage till check in time. friendly staff, especially antonio. the pool was cute, and over all it was a quite and clean place to stay. The security gate was also a plus.
