IFSC Room

This listing is fundamentally misleading. While it mentions "homestay experience," it does not disclose that you'll be sharing the apartment with other booking.com guests. I only learned upon arrival that another guest would be staying, which was extremely concerning as a solo female business traveler. Had I known this was a shared apartment with unknown guests, I would never have booked.

The room quality was poor for €120/night. The carpet was heavily stained, and the bedroom window has no proper insulation - constant street noise made sleep nearly impossible. Even after following instructions to adjust the window, it remained poorly sealed with cold drafts. I attempted to sleep in the living room but the stress of the undisclosed shared arrangement caused severe sleep disruption before critical business meetings.

Additional issues: only basic toiletries provided despite listing saying otherwise, the carpet in my room was heavily stained, no coffee despite photos showing it, dirty cleaning sponge and stained kettle, wet laundry left drying in common areas during my stay.

The cleaning lady remained working for 2 hours after check-in, preventing use of common areas (the working desk) of an online meeting and I had to do it from my bedroom instead resulting in poor posture.

The host communicates through the cleaner via WhatsApp rather than directly.

The shower was disappointing. Unfortunately, the flow was extraordinarily low and the heat was lacking. I did not ask the proprietor specifics about the shower, so this is partially on me, but I had higher hopes for it nonetheless.

150€ für ein Shared Apartment ist zu teuer. Hatte bei der Buchung wohl auch übersehen, dass es sich um ein Shared Apartment handelt. Meiner Meinung nach nicht klar ersichtlich. Ausstattung und Zustand eher Basic. Kein Fön.

ドアの鍵が空回りすることがあり、一番最初に外出した際はドアの鍵をなかなか開けられず、電話も部屋に置いて出ていたため、たいへん慌てることになりました。あらかじめドアの鍵の修理、もしくは最初に説明があればよりよかったと思います。

Beğenmediğim bir şey yok aslında ama bu kadar temiz evin içinde ayakkabı ile gezmek istemezdim. Sadece öneri olarak ev terliği alınabilir diye düşünüyorum.

Didn't realise I was sharing app with someone else.
Wouldn't book again without making sure I would have a private room. But maybe that option isn't available..
