The beds were ridiculously comfy! Rooms were spacious and clean, and surprisingly quiet to say it's above a pub - didn't hear a peep all evening. Good shower & bath too. Would stay here again

Sehr offenes, freundliches Personal. Modernes Badezimmer. Das Zimmer hat alles geboten, was man brauchte.
Man hat noch lange die Geräusche aus dem darunterliegenden Pub gehört, aber damit war zu rechnen.
Nice friendly staff and handy for the walks we intended doing
The kettle plug didn’t work in room 10 it was also very difficult to get to the plug that didn’t work. An out of order sticker would have been better. The drop down blind was also broken .
Staff were great, beds comfy, prices of drinks about average and views were amazing.
The room could do with a proper chair and not just a stool for the vanity table. Also, whilst it didn't bother me personally, my room, No. 3, was above the kitchens and so I had the cooking smells all day, plus the noise of a vent or fan which was on all day and into the night. Luckily the food smelled good and the fan (?) noise ended up being almost like a background white noise, still a great room overall.
The rooms were modern and clean. The dinner (steak pie) was first class and outside area was perfect for evening refreshments.
The twin room was on the small side and the price of a gin & tonic was on the high side.
breakfast was delicious and the room was luvly and comfortable
no problems with anything
Couldn’t fault it.
Nice comfy room. Relaxed pleasant staff.
Everything about my stay was perfect. Parking available in the hotel carpark. The hotel is in the middle of the village. It has a bar which serves food. I had a small issue with my dinner which I didn't want to complain about but the staff noticed and actually raised with me and dealt with perfectly. Everyone is so friendly and the rooms are immaculate. Will definitely be back.
Nothing. Everything perfect
Despite being an olde pub the rooms were quite modern and spacious and well refurbed
