Affordable option on the canal
Pros:

Great location with a comfortable room over looking the canal. Only a short walk to central Namba. Great local restaurants and nice walk along canal to Dontonborri. Very good price, beds for 5 guests and a washing machine and drying space in the apartment.

Cons:

The building door was not locked and was left propped open all day and night. Reception had limited hours during the day. While we never experienced any safety issues, we would prefer the main door to be locked overnight.

Pros:

I stayed here for a few nights and had a great experience. The location is super convenient — just a 2-minute walk from the nearest convenience store, Dotonbori and Namba station just a 10min walk. Perfect for getting around the city easily.

Communication was handled through email and the staff were quick to respond and helpful with any questions I had. The room was clean and comfortable, and check-in went smoothly.

Overall, a solid choice for travelers looking for a well-located and reliable hotel. I would definitely stay again.

Property was huge and so clean. Staff was amazing and so friendly. We had a mixup in our booking and they were very accommodating

Cons:

We couldn’t get the WiFi took but we didn’t bother to bug them about it a second time because they had already went above and beyond for us.

Apart from the hiccup with room details I would recommend this as a good place to stay.
Pros:

Plenty of beds for the family, small dining area with microwave. Washing machine, hair dryer. Great location within short walk to Dotonbori and train stations. Clean. Has an elevator.

Cons:

Did not receive room key details before arriving so had some trouble finding and getting in to our room. Should have contacted them prior but would also have been good if they forwarded details also.

Pros:

This hotel was in a great location, just down the street from Namba Hatch. The rooms are very generously sized with everything you could need and if you still need something there convenient stores nearby.
