Important information:

General Terms & Conditions

1. All rates displayed are exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be automatically calculated and reflected in the total payable amount upon rate selection.
2. Mandatory Tourism Tax (TTx): In accordance with the Federal Government of Malaysia Gazette Tourism Tax (Rate of Tax) Order 2017, a TTx of RM10.00 net per room, per night is applicable to all non-Malaysians and foreign passport holders. This amount will be collected by the Hotel on behalf of the government upon check-in. Malaysian Nationals and Permanent Residents are exempted. Please note that the Tourism Tax is not included in your total room cost.
3. Standard check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is 12:00 pm. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. A nominal charge may apply for late check-out.
4. A mandatory Incidental Deposit is required upon check-in and payment can be made by cash or credit card:
o RM400 per night for Rooms, Junior Suites and Residential Suites
o RM1,000 per stay for Penthouse Suites and for stays exceeding 3 nights
o RM2,000 for stays exceeding 30 days
5. Requests for specific rooms are subject to a surcharge, which varies depending on the type of request. For further details, please contact our team at stay@imperiallexiskl.com.
6. Maximum number of occupants:
o Executive Rooms: 2 people
o Junior Suites & 2-Bedroom Suites: 4 people
o Royal & Imperial Pool Suites, 3-Bedroom Suites: 6 people
o Presidential Pool Suite: 8 people
7. Children below 13 years old stay for free using the existing bedding configuration. Baby cribs are available upon request and are subject to availability.
8. Extra beds/rollaway beds are not available at the Hotel.
9. Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
10. Only Club Suite and Penthouse Suite guests with adherence to a smart casual dress code are allowed inside the Executive Lounge. Children below the age of 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian with Executive Lounge access.
11. Additional person(s) must be declared and registered at the Front Desk upon check-in. Any additional people beyond the stated occupancy limit are chargeable at the Hotel’s discretion. A charge of RM60 net per person applies to the 3rd and 4th person in rooms if amenities are requested.
12. This is a smoke-free property. Smoking in prohibited areas may incur a fine of RM10,000 or imprisonment of up to two years, as per Malaysian law. A RM1,000 cleaning fee will be imposed on guests found smoking in enclosed areas of their rooms.
13. Pets are not permitted on the property. Cooking in rooms, bringing in raw food materials, durians, mangosteens, outside packed food, and use of cooking appliances are strictly prohibited.
14. Room decorations by third parties are not permitted. Special decoration packages are available via request and subject to charges. A refundable deposit of RM150 net is required for guests checking in with decorative items such as banners, balloons, glitter, or confetti. These items must be fully removed upon check-out. The Hotel reserves the right to withhold the deposit as cleaning fees if decoration materials cause excessive litter or damage.

Deposit / Payment Policy
1. All reservations require full prepayment for the entire stay. Payment is charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking and is nonrefundable.
2. The credit card holder’s name must match the guest’s check-in details.
3. Booking confirmations are only valid upon receipt of full payment.

Cancelation & Refund Policy
1. Cancelation policy: The cancelation policy of any reservation may vary depending on the room rates, occupancy levels, availability or other Hotel requirements. The cancelation policy will normally be provided to you along with the confirmation of your reservation, as it is dependent on the rate plan or package booked. Any cancelation of your reservation through this Website must comply with the cancelation policy applicable to the reservation.

Modification of stay dates and room types may be done after a booking is already confirmed. Final room rates may be adjusted based on the newly selected dates and room types.

2. Refund policy: Total refund amount for cancelations may vary depending on the rate and cancelation policy as stated in your reservation. Please note that the refund process will take approximately 2 to 4 weeks, as it is dependent on the traveler’s card’s issuing bank & the bank’s internal processes, which are beyond the Hotel’s control.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Best Location and Value in KL
Pros:

Imperial Lexis was the best hotel experience we have had in our travels. From the moment we walked in the staff was friendly and welcoming. Our room was stunning with a view of the petronas towers and private pool. The breakfast provided an excellent selection, along with kombucha, white coffee, and various juice selections. We were sad to leave but I have already recommended this hotel to everyone I know who enjoys travel.

Zentral gelegen

Cons:

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht gegeben. Das Personal ist sehr unflexibel, die Klima viel zu stark eingestellt und wir mussten das Zimmer wechseln, weil es zu dreckig war. Man musste sich extrem strikt an alles halten sonst wurde sofort die security gerufen (eg wenn man seinen Kaffee nicht fertig getrunken hat und es aufs Zimmer nehmen möchte). Also im allgemeinen eher nicht zu empfehlen für diese Preisklasse

Pros:

I'm very satisfied with the floor layout for room 1906 (my 1st room)

Cons:

But a bit disappointed with floor layout for my 2nd room, 1907, as it was rather smaller especially the living room. I will definitely avoid taking this layout on my next staying at Imperial Lexis. Anyway, the rest, ie services, staff, facilities, cleanliness, were truly satisfying for us. Keep up the good work !

The best hotel I've stayed so far.
Pros:

Probably the best hotel I've ever stayed in my life and I travel quite a lot. Everything was top-notch. Food, pool, gym, stuff... everything was just spectacular!

Having a pool at your room balcony with a view on PETRONAS Towers was probably the best experience ever! :-)

Pros:

早餐很好 選擇很多 中日印馬各式都有 現打果汁很有誠意
房間很大 私人泳池也很大 有換水 很乾淨

Cons:

房內清潔很差 地板+床頭都不乾淨 有前一位客人的小垃圾
泳池水管24小時運作 有很大燥音 難入睡

Fabulous hotel in a great location
Pros:

Excellent hotel right by Petronas Towers. We had a 2 bed/2 bath suite which was fabulous, lots of space. The included breakfast was amazing, so much choice & such good quality.
View from the rooftop pool was great, the pool was lovely after a day in the city.
Staff were lovely and helpful, we had a power cut one night (not their fault) and we received a fruit basket the following day as an apology.

Cons:

The kitchen could have been better equipped, 3 guests but only 2 mugs & wine glasses for example.

J’ai déjà tout résumé en haut

L’emplacement seulement

Cons:

Quand même déçu de cet établissement car j’ai en effet payé l’équivalent de 200 euros même un peu plus la nuit et j’y suis restée 3 nuits je trouve que ça ne vaut pas son prix et qu’on peut avoir largement mieux au alentour pour le même prix
Les chambres n’étaient pas modernes le room service ne fonctionne pas bien il faut appeler plusieurs fois avant que ça décroche et la plupart des plats sont sold out
Les chambres et la salle de bain n’était pas très bien nettoyés il y avait de la poussière et des traces d’usure sur les murs
Aussi préparez vous à devoir laissez une caution sur place cela ne met jamais arrivé dans un hôtel de standing il ne prenne pas les cartes de débit donc soit vous avez une bonne carte soit préparez vous à avoir de l’espèce je trouvais que ce n’était pas cool de ne pas avoir été informé en avance
J’ai aussi tante plusieurs jours avant mon arrivée de réserver un massage dans leur SPA à l’hôtel j’ai envoyé plusieurs mails resté sans réponse et j’ai même notifié cela à l’accueil mais rien n’a été fait finalement avec mon mari nous sommes allées nous faire masser ailleurs mais je trouve que c’est un grand manque de respect surtout à ce prix là
De plus un jour j’avais oublié mon sac lors du déjeuner j’ai immédiatement appelé l’accueil pour les notifier et mon mari est descendu au niveau du réfectoire mais mon sac avait disparu et il n’a jamais été retrouvé
Le petit déjeuner je n’ai pas trouvé ça super bon il y a bcp de choix salé mais pas bcp de choix sucré et surtout pas bcp de fruits ce que je trouve pas top pour les gens qui n’aiment pas mangé salé le matin et encore une fois surtout au prix de la nuit d’hôtel
Clairement si je reviens à Kuala Lumpur je ne réserverai pas dans cet hôtel
