Important information:

General Terms & Conditions

1. All rates displayed are exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be automatically calculated and reflected in the total payable amount upon rate selection.
2. Mandatory Tourism Tax (TTx): In accordance with the Federal Government of Malaysia Gazette Tourism Tax (Rate of Tax) Order 2017, a TTx of RM10.00 nett per room, per night is applicable to all non-Malaysians and foreign passport holders. This amount will be collected by the Hotel on behalf of the government upon check-in. Malaysian Nationals and Permanent Residents are exempted. Please note that the Tourism Tax is not included in your total room cost.
3. Standard check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is 12:00 pm. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. A nominal charge may apply for late check-out.
4. A mandatory Incidental Deposit is required upon check-in and payment can be made by cash or credit card:
o RM400 per night for Rooms, Junior Suites and Residential Suites
o RM1,000 per stay for Penthouse Suites and for stays exceeding 3 nights
o RM2,000 for stays exceeding 30 days
5. Requests for specific rooms are subject to a surcharge, which varies depending on the type of request. For further details, please contact our team at stay@imperiallexiskl.com.
6. Maximum number of occupants:
o Executive Rooms: 2 persons
o Junior Suites & 2-Bedroom Suites: 4 persons
o Royal & Imperial Pool Suites, 3-Bedroom Suites: 6 persons
o Presidential Pool Suite: 8 persons
7. Children below 13 years old stay for free using the existing bedding configuration. Baby cribs are available upon request and are subject to availability.
8. Extra beds/rollaway beds are not available at the Hotel.
9. Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
10. Only Club Suite and Penthouse Suite guests with adherence to a smart casual dress code are allowed inside the Executive Lounge. Children below the age of 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian with Executive Lounge access.
11. Additional person(s) must be declared and registered at the Front Desk upon check-in. Any additional persons beyond the stated occupancy limit are chargeable at the Hotel’s discretion. A charge of RM60 nett per person applies to the 3rd and 4th person in rooms if amenities are requested.
12. This is a smoke-free property. Smoking in prohibited areas may incur a fine of RM10,000 or imprisonment of up to two years, as per Malaysian law. A RM1,000 cleaning fee will be imposed on guests found smoking in enclosed areas of their rooms.
13. Pets are not permitted on the property. Cooking in rooms, bringing in raw food materials, durians, mangosteens, outside packed food, and use of cooking appliances are strictly prohibited.
14. Room decorations by third parties are not permitted. Special decoration packages are available via request and subject to charges. A refundable deposit of RM150 nett is required for guests checking in with decorative items such as banners, balloons, glitter, or confetti. These items must be fully removed upon check-out. The Hotel reserves the right to withhold the deposit as cleaning fees if decoration materials cause excessive litter or damage.

Deposit / Payment Policy
1. All reservations require full prepayment for the entire stay. Payment is charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking and is non-refundable.
2. The credit card holder’s name must match the guest’s check-in details.
3. Booking confirmations are only valid upon receipt of full payment.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Cancellation policy: The cancellation policy of any reservation may vary depending on the room rates, occupancy levels, availability or other Hotel requirements. The cancellation policy will normally be provided to you along with the confirmation of your reservation, as it is dependent on the rate plan or package booked. Any cancellation of your reservation through this Website must comply with the cancellation policy applicable to the reservation.

Modification of stay dates and room types may be done after a booking is already confirmed. Final room rates may be adjusted based on the newly selected dates and room types.

2. Refund policy: Total refund amount for cancellations may vary depending on the rate and cancellation policy as stated in your reservation. Please note that the refund process will take approximately 2 to 4 weeks, as it is dependent on the traveler’s card’s issuing bank & the bank’s internal processes, which are beyond the Hotel’s control.

Temporary Closure Notice
Please be informed that Level 51 and Level 53 at Imperial Lexis Kuala Lumpur will be temporarily closed from 27–28 July 2026 due to a private event.

Level 51: Feast at FIFTY1, LexSpa, O2 Gym, Poolside Bistro, SkyDeck, Sky Infinity Pool
Level 53: Satellite Restaurant & Bar

Access to these areas will not be available during this period. All other facilities and services will continue to operate as usual. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your kind understanding.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

浴室下水道4天堵塞2天，房间很小。即使在关闭门窗的情况下还是噪音大，51楼的无边泳池像玩具一样小。不知道定价为何能这么高

Short trip
Pros:

The private pool really is convenient esp for hijabis to swim safely.

Cons:

The room was dirty as the floor there was Maggi noodle crackers under the tv console and armchair.
The pool area had bugs and we caught Charlie ant. Thankfully my son didn't kill it with his own hands if not he will be getting rashes.

Pros:

Absolutely loved Imperial Lexis! Location was absolutely perfect, walking distance to KLCC, Aquaria, and many other great spots. The beds and pillows were SO COMFY!!! Absolutely loved the comfort of the beds. Loved how strong the water pressure was in the shower. Balcony pool was a hit with the kids.
Service was fantastic from all staff, always very friendly and accommodating at all times. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay again

Cons:

Not a huge problem for many but the room was soooo cold. Had to keep turning the aircon off as it was freezing. Wouldn’t deter us from staying again though.
Only disappointment was the food. Each option of food I had from the buffet as well as room service was very average. Ended up ordering Grab delivered as it was tastier and cheaper than the room service. That was the only downside but overall still absolutely fantastic and highly recommend
