La nula seguridad, en la habitación de al frente dos hombres peleaban en la madrugada, creí que era un sueño, pero eran gritos de hombres, no pude avisar a recepción, el teléfono de la habitación no tenía tono, era un teléfono decorativo al parecer, cuando el ruido se calmó baje, la habitación de al frente estaba abierta con sangre en la pared, todo el pasillo, la escalera y el elevador estaba con sangre, incluso la recepción, y para colmo siendo entre las 4.30 am a 5 am no habia nadie en recepción, cualquiera pudo haber entrado, solo los seguridad de la plaza se percataron en el momento de lo que pasaba y no llamaron a la policía, todo fue una experiencia horrible, nula responsabilidad del hotel y deficiente prestación de servicios como no van a tener teléfono funcional ni alguien en recepcion en las madrugadas????
