¡Excelente ubicación, limpieza, atención y precio!
Pros:

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excelente hotel. Súper limpio, excelente precio y con una ubicación muy conveniente. Pero lo mejor, sin duda, fue la atención: increíble, muy amable y cordial. Nos sentimos muy bien atendidos. ¡Definitivamente volvería!

Ducha no sale agua caliente, lavamanos y piso de ducha sin rejilla solo los huegos de los desagues, puerta del baño la manija interna rota, atención al cliente en desayuno fatal y se quedaron sin agua, uno de mis compañeros se fue sin bañar

Great stay in Santiago!
Pros:

Clean, big room with great AC and hot water, comfy bed and a fridge. Added bonus was an elevator which helped getting luggage up the first night. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Good coffee shop near by. Room was quiet despite being just off the highway.

Great place to rest in Santiago
Pros:

Excellent location near the Pan-American Road. Great price , clean, and comfortable bed. Close to restaurants and a pharmacy. The front desk clerk was really nice and helpful. Good parking, and they have security guards so it felt safe to park there. Good breakfast included in the price. I had a mini fridge in the room , a kettle, and a few water bottles there which was nice too.
it is a cozy hotel, a great place if you need to stay in Santiago overnight or a few days.

Cons:

I liked breakfast but I suggest to add some fruit maybe , but the service was great.
