great stay, great location, comfortable rooms.
Pros:

Great location, around the corner from the capitol building. It was super cold the day we were there but still a nice walk to downtown area. Great restaurants in the area. Comfortable room and beds.

Cons:

nothing really, it was really cold but of course no ones fault. I was hoping for a capitol building view but didn't get it. Bigger towels in the pool would have been nice.

Great location, friendly staff, and good amenities.
Pros:

Everything was wonderful. The location is excellent, the staff is friendly and welcoming, and the pool and spa area with a sauna were a great bonus. There is also a restaurant on-site, and a Starbucks conveniently located nearby. Parking on the hotel property is paid. We paid around $20 per night, but there are cheaper options available. Within a two-minute walk, there are several municipal parking ramps that can help you save money. Overall, we had a very positive experience.

Cons:

The only downside was that the room felt dusty. Visually, everything looked clean and well-maintained, but it seemed like the room may not have been used for some time. When we got into bed and used the blanket, we immediately noticed fine dust particles, and I started sneezing. This happened several times throughout the night whenever the blanket or pillows were moved.

The room was clean! The staff was nice!

Cons:

It’s a little old school yet! TV’s are still old, so while traveling with kids there was no Netflix or updates technology.

Great location, would stay here again!
Pros:

Excellent location, walking distance to everything we wanted to do in downtown Madison. Loved the option to park on property—worth it for $20 in our opinion. Rooms were very clean. Check in staff very quick, efficient and friendly.

Cons:

Beds weren’t very comfortable and were really loud (creaky) every time we moved.

Great Stay
Pros:

The food in the restaurant was excellent. The accommodations very nice. We attended a concert nearby and were thrilled to be able to walk to the venue. Staff was friendly and helpful - will stay again when in the area
