Not a good experience
Pros:

The breakfast was OK, nothing special. The spa facilities are nice and the ladies working there are very nice and professional.

Cons:

The hotel was undergoing renovation in some rooms so there was construction noise from morning to evening. If you want to have renovation, you cannot have guests at the same time.
The restaurant is located above the rooms, so there was a lot of noise from furniture being dragged until late in the night. Since it's the only decent hotel in the area, you don't have any better option.

Enjoyed the staff and stay, despite poor housekeeping
Pros:

Lovely hotel in small town of Saray Turkey. Lovely massage, food was great.

Cons:

Housekeeper was well below standard. Room was not clean, soapy shower floor. Towels/linen tired, no spare toilet paper. Had to ask for floor mat.

Pros:

Lage: sehr ländlich und Ruhig, kann man sehr viel sehen, aber nicht ohne ein Auto.
Hotel : grosse schöne gut möblirte Zimmer, Restorant und Eingangbereicht hübsch eigerichtet, Wellnesbereich gross und bittet viele Möglichkeiten sich zu erholen. Das Personal im Wellnesbereich sehr hilfsbereit, bemüht und flexibel. Dafür das Personal an Rezepsion war gleichgültig, auf die Fragen genervt reagiert und unfreundlich.

Cons:

Bitte Vorsicht bei Auscheken : wir haben eine Wellnesleistung auf unser Zimmernummer schreiben lassen. ( alles weitere haben wir gleich bar bezahlt) Als ich am nächsten Tag bezahlen wollte, kammen noch mehrere Getrenke dazu. Auf unsere bitte das zu klären hat die Dame am Rezeption einfach nichts gemacht. Am nächsten Tag passierte auch nichts. Wir haben keine Rechnung erhalten und haben keinen Auskunft über Rechnungpositionen bekommen.

Pros:

Препоръчваме Аура Спа и масажистката Гюла. Много професионално отношение заедно с нейната колежка от Азия. За самия хотел - просторна стая, хубава баня, прекрасен матрак

Cons:

Проблем е, че много малко хора от персонала говорят английски. В ресторанта на 3-ия етаж имаше няколко младежи, които определено не знаеха защо са там. За това може да се съди по трудностите в живота, които им създаде единия ден на закуска машината за кафето и поставянето на филтъра. Много движение, малко мисъл.

Турската баня беше светла и широка.

Понеже спа центъра се използва и от хора, които не са клиенти на хотела, бяха некултурно шумни и ни беше не приятно.

Много хубав хотел. Минерален басейн с много гореща вода, масажи, разкрасителни процедури. Много добър ресторант, сносни цени. Закуската беше отлична!
