Pros:

Препоръчваме Аура Спа и масажистката Гюла. Много професионално отношение заедно с нейната колежка от Азия. За самия хотел - просторна стая, хубава баня, прекрасен матрак

Cons:

Проблем е, че много малко хора от персонала говорят английски. В ресторанта на 3-ия етаж имаше няколко младежи, които определено не знаеха защо са там. За това може да се съди по трудностите в живота, които им създаде единия ден на закуска машината за кафето и поставянето на филтъра. Много движение, малко мисъл.

Турската баня беше светла и широка.

Понеже спа центъра се използва и от хора, които не са клиенти на хотела, бяха некултурно шумни и ни беше не приятно.

Pros:

Size of the room .

Cons:

No one speaks English.
The noise from the road, I couldn’t sleep.
The bed, I had to make my own bed, ask for an upper sheet.
They didn’t want to change me to the other side room, they called me 2 hours after say No , but I all ready had payed my next accommodation, I left even if I had payed all ready, imagine how disappointed I was.
The door to the bathroom didn’t close.

A good quality hotel. Highly recommended.
Pros:

Very welcoming and friendly staff. Excellent communication and some English spoken. Very good food, clean and comfortable rooms. This was an oasis after crossing the border from Bulgaria. Thank you for the safe storage of our bicycles and our welcome to Turkey.
