Pros:

Towel a bit smelly and wall in bathroom not even clean. Also got problem with bidet, wholr pants get wet cause broken biden.
and how can the property not fixed it by just giving a promotion price. Wat a sucks room.

Pros:

I really liked the self-check-in, it was super easy even though I checked in pretty late. The tech they use is amazing, I was really impressed! I also loved how secure it was because the card only works for your floor and room. The room itself was great, with a clean bathroom and hot water that actually worked, plus the toilet was pretty big and even had shampoo. It had a long table, a chair, a TV, and hangers for clothes – it felt really well-planned and functional. The air conditioning was good too, and I appreciated that they offered an iron station. Definitely worth the money, I really enjoyed my stay! It's also awesome that it's close to mamaks and lots of late-night restaurants. The free parking was a bonus, and it was well-lit, which was great. If I'm ever in JB again, I'd totally stay here, even with family.

Cons:

Just a small thing, but I found the self-check-in a bit confusing at first. They gave instructions, but they weren't super clear. Like, you have to self-check-out too and how to do so- which I almost forgot! Also, I got there around 1 AM, and my room was 30, but there weren't any good directions like "go through that door for this room." I think some clearer instructions would be great.
